We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

HungaryThe hotel offered onsite parking at booking.com and that was a main point for the selection of this hotel and we explicitly mentioned the need for it during the booking process. Despite of that we were charged 25 EUR for parking in a nearby parking house.
Perfect location, excellent room with sea view, nice breakfast, friendly staff. Absolutely recommended for short or longer stays.

Czech RepublicAt the room´s entrance we missed something to hang our coats and jackets and put shoes. It was raining outside. That´s the only thing we missed. Otherwise, everything perfect.
Location is excellent, near the sea and the Opatija center, We had sea view top floor suite and the view was stunning. We liked both breakfast and dinner. There was a lot of options to choose from for breakfast and dinner and everything was delicious. I was pleasantly surprised by the suite / sea view de luxe room on the top floor we got and all amenities for our dogs that were prepared in the room. Initially we booked de luxe sea view room for 2 but on the last moment our daughter decided to join us as well. We called the hotel late in the evening and Ms. Ana Turato, hotel´s Director of Sales helped us immediately and assured us we will get appropriate room. And she really arranged it perfectly. All associates across the hotel form the Front Desk to the Restaurant were very kind and helpful. We even got a small Valentine´s surprise in the room from the hotel on Friday. Thank you very much for everything.

CroatiaI stayed in a disabled-adapted room because the one I booked had issues with the lock (which was a bit of a nuisance because of the bathroom setup and the mirror placement in the room), though it is good to note that it was indeed an accessible room. The other issue has to do with the fact that old/repurposed buildings on the coast feel cold as soon as temperatures start to go down, so packing warm night clothes is a must if you want to sleep comfortably.
I have traveled for work, but with my pet. The dog was well received, which is always wonderful, the facilities were also well adapted for pets and visitors without pets (so nobody is uncomfortable). The breakfast was out of this world, the selection of croatian and international breakfast foods was amazing, with different kinds of dairy and non-dairy-plant drinks, hot foods and cold cuts, sweet and savoury... and there is also a lovely terrace to have the meal on. The bathrooms were spacious, the beds and towels soft and clean.

CroatiaThey didnt have any more parking tickets for garage (12€) which is a big deal cause we chose this hotel specifically because of the parking spot. We had to circle around Opatija to find a free spot which is 15€ a day. All else was perfect.
