Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! Location is perfect - close tongue old centre, but calm. Loved the pool - so nice after a walk around town! Nicely decorated rooms and very clean.

Very close to the old town but once inside very quiet and relaxing. After exploring Split and surrounding area it was lovely to come back to the pool and seating areas. Lots of chairs in the shade too. The room was spotless and comfortable. Good shower and clean towels every day. Air conditioning kept the room lovely and cool. The property has good security doors and cameras in the corridor. The managers Dino and Rosa are extremely friendly and very happy to help with any issues or advice on local trips and restaurants etc. Antea on reception is also a great source of local information and very keen to help. Maria keeps the rooms spotless. A wonderful team !

Truly a hidden gem in the middle of Split! Accommodation is beautiful and the garden with the pool and hot tub is a true oasis of calm. Everything is clean and tidy and so peaceful. Easy keypad access with clear instructions. Super friendly welcome with all the information we needed. Could not have been more helpful giving us beach towels and restaurant recommendations.

Fantastic location, short walk to the old town and the many restaurants - a really lovely place with a great deck area to relax in around the pool. Staff were fabulous - really friendly and helpful - particularly the receptionist, she always went above and beyond for us.

After our evening flight on Friday, it was quite difficult to find a parking spot on the nearby streets, so it’s good to keep that in mind if you’re travelling by car.

We stayed here for two nights after our flight. Evala Luxury Rooms is a lovely small place in a central location, very close to the Old Town. It’s peaceful with no noise at night. There’s a charming small pool area. The room was cool, very clean, and stylish. We received excellent service from Dino and Rose. We will definitely come back.

The rooms were a good size with a lovely boutique feel. The outdoor area was modern and a pool is exactly what’s needed in the hot weather. There was also lots of space for lounging around. Location wise is brilliant. On your door step was split old town and a short walk to the beach. The staff were welcoming, kind and very accommodating! They topped off the stay!

Nothing serious, really liked it and would definitely recommend. Shower lacked hot water in evenings. Compact space for 2 people, ideal for a short city break-style stay. Perhaps longer beach break need somewhere to dry wet clothes.

Very smart, beautiful fresh smell. Very clean. Comfy beds. Aircon great. Tv channels great. Mini bar good, nice glassware and crockery. Pool and outside space lovely. Safe friendly environment. Safe good for security. The access code system was very convenient, no need to carry key cards.

The apartment is in a superb location - it’s less than a 10 minute walk to the beautiful promenade and all the main attractions of Split old town. The property has a beautiful pool area to relax and everything felt super secure with coded entrances everywhere. Our room was stunning and clean, fresh towels and sheets were given daily. We felt the staff were so friendly and helpful, always asking if we needed anything and offering recommendations - I thought having the WhatsApp service really useful to ask quick questions. Definitely recommend staying here in Split.

Excellent location, very close to the old town, but with a little supermarket on the same block for necessities. Building felt very secure and homely. Garden and pool area were relaxing and well maintained. Nice and quiet at night.
