The room was in a great spot—nice and quiet, just off the main thoroughfare. Super clean, really spacious, and the aircon worked perfectly to keep the large space cool. Silva was a fantastic host, sending clear check-in instructions with photos and checking in during our stay to make sure we were all good.

Silva was super helpful with everything we needed and gave us great recommendations. The location was great and an easy walk to everything. The room was nice and looked like the pictures.

Room was a bit dark and since there is a self-check-in you don’t get personally in contact with the owners which Felt a bit weird.

Parking in town area total rip off 5 euro and hour and no daily rate. Restaurant in Central places charged 20 euro for breakfast. Acc is right in centre of everything

Builders starting work on the apartment upstairs at just after 6am on the Saturday morning! Very noisy going up & down the stairs with materials and then using noisy power tools well before 8am, not very thoughtful to guests. There was no fire evacuation information in the rooms, and no fire extinguishers we could find anywhere. Would have been nice to have tea or coffee making facilities. The small fridge in the room was very noisy, we couldn't turn it off as the plug was behind the wardrobe (this is what made us think about the lack of fire equipment, we were worried the fridge might catch fire..!) Not sure about general security as we were unsure if the door codes are changed every day for new guests? Meaning that anyone who had been there before could access the building and possibly the rooms themselves..

Location was ideal, so close to the heart of the old town. Silva the host was very friendly and super-helpful with recommendations of where to eat etc. Rooms were lovely and everything easy to use. Very kind of Silva to let us store luggage for the rest of the day we checked out.

Very central location which was the biggest attraction for us. Silvia was incredibly communicative before and during which was great. She helped us find suitable parking for our car and shared recommendations.

The design and cleaning of the room were exceptional. Great location in the city and close to the promenade. The contact was very helpful and gave a lot of information about the area and restaurants.

Awesome. Secure, clean, lovely bed and one of the best showers I’ve ever used. Staff were fab too and the location was just perfect. In the middle of everything but no noise whatsoever. Definitely recommend apartment 07.

Overall great! The only reason I gave a 9 instead of 10 was because of the housekeeping. Housekeeping didn’t come on the first day and the second day their services were average at best. Regardless we would definitely stay here again.

The property was seconds away from the centre of town, but secluded and soundproofed enough so that we slept soundly. The property was beautifully presented, everything was immaculately clean, and lovely mod-cons such as a keypad door, provided toiletries, beautiful decor, and (mercifully!) strong AC!

the cost of the room was quite higher respect the standard of the period but maybe it is normal in split.

Very nice apartment in the centre of split. the room was clean and the furniture was new and beautiful. big bathroom with all you need, included a big shower. position is the real plus of the room, in the hearth of Split you can go everywhere you want without problems.

There was nothing I didn't like. We were all so impressed with these room, very spacious and great decor.

I booked three rooms for myself and my family, we were arriving a little earlier than check in time, however all three rooms were ready for us, which was really lovely as a warm shower was very much on the agenda after a week of sailing. Luggage can be store before and after checkout which is very helpful. Zrina was there to greet us and was so welcoming. The location is perfect and the rooms very quiet. I can highly recommend Artale 07 Design Rooms.

The room was beautifully decorated and the bed was extremely comfortable. The host was kind and helpful. There was also a women who works there, she eager to help and always make sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.
