United KingdomWe didn’t have a balcony due to being in the Annex side of the hotel. It would have been nice, but I’d still stay in the same accommodation again. It’s not a big issue.
The rooftop pool was very peaceful and a lovely space to enjoy some down time after exploring. A lovely breeze and quiet background music made it a very relaxing space. Everything was immaculately clean. Breakfast was varied and very enjoyable. Excellent service everywhere from pool bar staff, to restaurant, cleaning and reception staff.

MaltaThe breakfast could use some improvement as it’s not the best I’ve had. The pillows were also not very comfortable.
The pool area is definitely the highlight – very clean and well maintained – and the jacuzzi is a great bonus for relaxing. There is also a sauna and gym. Parking is included for free. When I requested a fan, the staff quickly provided one, which I really appreciated.

United KingdomWe stayed in the annex which was only 10ft away from the main building so was perfect for using all the hotel facilities like the gym, sauna, pool ect. The accommodation was a great location, about a 10 minute walk from split old town. Breakfast was great and the Prosecco was a lovely surprise! All staff were very friendly and helpful! Beautiful views from the rooftop pool area!

We had a great time all round in Split. The annex building was a lovely short stay option! The bed was huge and super comfortable, shower was roomy, and the water pressure was amazing. Enough storage for a few nights in the room. The annex was so secure and quiet. We knew there were people in the rooms, but you never heard a thing. You had full access to hotel facilities, and the roof pool and sun loungers were great, not crowded as there were levels of loungers. The hot tubs were a fab surprise. Breakfast was what you needed, hot and cold options, pastries, flavoured waters, coffee options, there's something for everyone. The staff were lovely at all times, attentive but never invasive, would help for any questions. Location was great, bus stops close, a 20 minute walk down to Riva, close enough that your in the heart of the town but not close enough to hear the nightlife after hours. Perfect for us.

United KingdomUnfortunately, the air con wasn't working in the gym during our stay. So it made it hard for us to stay in the gym to work out much longer. Also, it was a bit frustrating we couldn't use the steam/saunas till after 12pm. We were out during the day and coming back home late, we couldn't take advantage of using these spa facilities.
Breakfast was superb with plenty of food and drink to choose from. The staff were very attentive too and replenished food very quickly. We're impressed with how fresh the doughnuts and pastries were too. Kristina in reception was particularly helpful and friendly to us. We appreciated her advice on which beach to go to and we loved relaxing and going for a swim on Kasjuni beach.

CroatiaThe bath tubs don't have plugs (in order to prevent flooding) that was a bit disappointing.
The staff at this hotel is exceptionally friendly and do everything they can to accommodate their guests' wishes, including those that are out of their job description (eg. helping you buy a theatre ticket or similar). Same applies to receptionists, kitchen and bar staff, maids & cleaners. They all deserve 10/10!

Good value hotel central to everything in Split. About a ten minute walk to the cruise port and attractions. Five minute walk to central bus area for connections to area attractions. The breakfast was very nice with lots of options.
