The apartment is on the third floor , so that. might be a problem for people with mobility issues.

This one bedroom apartment has a really spacious living room and kitchen with two dual aspect balconies that provide fantastic views of the islands in the bay opposite Hvar Town. The walk from the port took us about 20 minutes, but it was safe and well lit, and provided great views of the town. It was a perfect place for a short break for two, three, or even for four people.

I truly enjoyed my stay at this lovely apartment! It was cozy, very comfortable, and had everything I needed. I was welcomed with cold drinks and Home made olive oil, which was such a thoughtful touch. Everything was clean, and I didn’t miss a single thing during my time there. It felt like home! It was a genuinely wonderful experience - I can’t wait to come back someday. Hvala Milka 💛

There is nothing not to like

This is a real home from home and the view of the sea every day ,from breakfast to supper is amazing. The hostess and her mother keep the whole place spotlessly clean and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. We enjoyed every minute. There is a bit of a hill to the apartment from the beach but nothing too strenuous and well worth it for the sea view. I would certainly recommend the apartments. Thank you for an amazing stay.

I highly recommend staying at this place! It has everything you may need. It is spacious, clean, has kitchen, is surrounded by trees and offers sea view. We had a really really chilled time there. The apartment is located around 10-15 mins walking from the city center (close enough to go every day, the walk is nice and leads by the sea side), thanks to which you can enjoy the city if you want, and later chill, relax and sleep without hearing any party sounds of the very much alive center of Hvar ;) Studenac shop is like 1 minute from the apartment. Our host Miss Milka was super helpful, nice, welcoming, and paid attention to details - she made our stay super comfortable, thank you for that :) I’m happy we stayed in this place

Perfect if you don’t want to stay in the very center of Hvar but rather in a more peaceful neighborhood 5 minutes from the beach. Lovely hostess - very kind and helpful. A well equipped apartment with a wonderful terrace.

Located at 20 minutes walk from the center but 5 from the beach. Quite environment. Excellent hosting by the owner! We recommend for those who want something good but not in the noisy center.

this is a small one bedroom apartment which is located like 1.6 KM (One mile) from Hvar old city. Apartment is very clean and furnished but it is very small , suitable only for a single person or at most a couple . - There is a up hill walk to the apartment; you can walk along the coast and then take some steps to go up. - There is a small grocery store nearby but it was closed (being repaired) when I visited. -BE AWARE OF SOME OF THE TAXI DRIVERS!!! They do not honor the taxi metering system: they charge you like 20Euro for 1.5 KM ride and ask only for CASH with no RECEIPT! It seems city of Hvar officials are aware of the behavior but unfortunately are not doing anything to stop it. - You have to walk like 500 meters from ferry boats dock to the taxi stand! BEWARE of large suite cases!

- Hostess and Host were very helpful and kind. They gave me a ride to the main grocery store (as the one nearby was closed for time being). - There is a paved walk area along the coast for around 7+ miles. along this walk area you can find some beaches as well (mainly pebble beaches, couple closer to the old city) - Apartment has a small balcony with a partial view of the sea -Apartment is very clean and furnished

A bit of climbing stairs to get to and from unit each time we went out, but not too bad. Would be tough if you could not handle stairs.

Milka was a great host. She communicated well and met us upon arrival. She walked us through the unit and told us a bit about how to get to market and beach easily. The unit is very nice, up to date, fairly good location (although do need to climb stairs to and from beach/main town/boardwalk). Well equipped unit.

Nice apartment on the second floor. It has everything you need including a cozy balcony with sea view. The apartment is extremely clean, bed is comfortable. The hosts are lovely and make sure you have an amazing stay.

Appartment is on the excelente location: 5 min to the beaches and Hula Hula Beach bar, and 10 to 15 min to the center. 100m away is a supermarket and a very good restaurant. Appartment is so cozy and very clean ,quiet, with a beautiful sew view from the balcon. Kitchen is fully equipment, bathroom is big enough and clean, badroom is separte from the rest od appartment with big confortable bad and TV. Hostess Milka is extremely nice and helpfull ,and takes care of her guests throughout their stay! I felt like at home there. I highly recommend staying at apartments Zvonimir.

Only one bedroom had an A/C plus also in the living room. Although, in early September, the apartment is cool even though its warm outside and bedrooms have window shutters so A/C not really needed then.

Great host, very friendly, easy to check-in and out.....was even aloud to store our luggage with her after check-out. Apartment is very spacious, very clean, fantastic terrace, great location, easy walk to Hvar town and the quieter beaches even closer. Very bright and airy. Each room has access to the terrace and 2 showers were useful.
