Bed was uncomfortable and the roads immediately next to the building were treacherous to navigate on foot with all of the vehicles. These were minor concerns compared to the benefits of the stay.

Functional kitchenette, great balcony with capability of drying clothes, good AC, quiet neighbors, convenient location relative to beach, supermarkets, bus stops, and restaurants.

We are happy with our stay

Excellent location, we were taking the ferry to Vis the next morning and it was great to be able to be close enough to the port but far away enough from the craziness of town. Friendly staff from the moment of booking. Value for money, definitely recommended for short stays.

It was really difficult to find and most important, it did not match the presentation in your site. It was underground, although it was described as ground floor. The "garden" mentioned in the description were some flower pots in a tiny patio. So the value for money was really poor.

Only 1 condition for all apartment in the living room, no staff for laundry. It was construction works near the apartment and you need to walk to the beach for a 15 minutes through the bad roads and nosy construction works for a not so beautiful beach as Znjan. Also some roads were closed down and taxi couldn’t get to location

Unfortunately it was quite the distance from the center of town and (not the fault of owners) alot of construction sounds that woke us up in the morning .. and the bed was not as comfortable (we felt the springs) as it could have been

We thought it was a bit nearer to the seaside, but a refreshing walk uphill back home can do you no harm, right?;)

We just stayed for one short night, but it was perfect. Had everything we needed. Clean, safe, quiet. Perfect for our purposes. Our host was very kind too.

No coffee, no cooking oil, no washing machine. Property only had salt and sugar. Not possible to cook any food unless you visit the nearby store that closes at 9 pm. Also impossible to wash clothes even in the sink, as the sink plug is not there. Basically you either need to bring everything with you, or buy even the basic stuff (coffee filters, washing powder, pepper, oil, spices, tea) at the store, which is a waste of money for a 1 week stay. Property overpriced. By far not the best experience. Disappointed booking.com even had this place available

There was no air conditioner in the main bedroom and had a ceiling fan instead. There was no shower head holder on top of the head in the bathroom, the bottom of the bath curtain was discoloured as was too worn and looks dirty. Sockets at the sides of the beds were single and used for lampshade plugs and no lead extensions provided so had to remove the lampshade plugs to use the sockets for charging our phones and laptops. The apartment had no view of the beach as advertised.

The property management supposed to provide facility to accommodate extra guest and charge more but they denied and for one person more we had to rent another apartment at the same property for almost the same price of 4 people.

The room is in the basement and everybody can look at you. The curtains were really dirty and smelly. The room smells like after a cigarrette smoking party. The bed was full of hairs...Dont recommend staying there. It is noisy as the parking is just behind the window.

First of all Tatjana is a fantastic lady. Her customer service is outstanding! The room is super clean, it had everything we needed and our favorite beach happened to be right next to the Appartment. We are definitely coming back again. Thank you so much Tatjana for making our stay Fabulous:-)

There was no hot water in the kitchen but have also had that in another apartment in Split. Unfortunately, loud construction work going on nearby at times but otherwise very quiet.

The bed was extremely comfortable. Great apartment with nice balcony and excellent location near to shops and beach.

We could see it was properly cleaned, the beds were really comfortable, we had a cute little terrace and the staff was extremly nice! Great price too:)
