The location is excellent, right in the centre of Split. Harbour is a few minutes walk and most restaurants are also within a few minutes walk. The apartment was deal for a couple, and lovely to have the outside terrace area to relax in. The small kitchenette was really handy and the filter coffee machine was very much appreciated! Even though we were in the centre, the apartment had good sound proofing and we couldn't hear any outside noise once inside. The air-conditioning worked well and Frane and the cleaner were really helpful and friendly.

The apartment is lovely. It is actually two twin apartments, joined by the courtyard. The inside is very well curated and clean, recently renovated, with AC and a well designed private bathroom in each apartment, double glazing windows that really isolate from the sound outside. The kitchen has a fridge, hotplates, the coffee machine and everything needed to cook is provided. The courtyard is really lovely, perfect for dining and having an apero or breakfast. The location is incredibly central, outside the city is buzzing with life and the courtyard is a very private haven. Frane is an excellent host, very kind, considerate and a true professional in the tourism business. Hope to be back in the future!

The only thing we missed was a went over the stove and in the bathroom. It works to air the damp out but takes time. And get a breadknife. All was really good and we would recommend the place to everyone.

The flat is very practical. And great located. The bikes where a good surpluss to see places outside the old city.

Right in the heart of the city. Use of bicycles which exploring Marjan park really accessible. Courtyard is perfect to relax in after a long day wondering the old town.

Great communication, Frane came and met us with the key even though our flight landed so late! Books were helpful with local info on where to go etc. Bed was super comfy. Coffee and wine were a lovely treat. Everywhere was super clean. Great location. Bikes were a nice touch!

We spent a good moment but we didn’t know that the terrace is sharing with the other couple. As it is the only outside place, if you want breakfast or dinner on the table you are with people who rent the other flat.

Was ample for us with one case but some might say the apartment is a little on the small side but it’s functional and location makes up for it.

Location is perfect for everything you need to fully explore Split. In a neighbour with lots of lovely places to eat and drink but literally a stones throw away from the ‘old town’. It’s close to the promenade for boat trips and ferry port and not too far to walk to bus stops to take you wherever you might want to go. We used the bikes one afternoon to cycle around the coats which was nice. Was good to have a fridge for drinks - we didn’t use the kitchen facilities to cook as was a little on the cramped side for that but we never wanted to anyway. Good communication with host, really nice friendly guy.

We loved everything! A tiny suggestion ...Maybe facecloths. Not seen often in European accommodations but much appreciated by North American guests. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend!

The location was excellent. Just steps from anything we needed. Also in the heart of Old Split. We loved the vibe and just stepping out of our apartment and into a different world. A beautiful city steeped in history but with modern amenities and wonderful food.

Nothing to complain about. Everything was perfect.

We ate breakfast at nice places, close to the apartment or ate at home, as it was easy to get nice fresh bread, croissants etc. – only 2 min. walk from the apartment.
