Our stay at Marin Thomas Apartments was very pleasant. Romina and Marin were always kind and helpful, their house and patio are very cozy — it felt like being on holiday at a relative’s home. Lots of greenery, and their cats were one of the best parts ❤️🥰. Everything was very clean and the apartment was very comfortable. The bus stop is just a 5-minute walk away and the beaches are super close. If I return to Dubrovnik, I would definitely stay there again.

We had a lovely stay and spent 1 week here. It was very clean and comfortable. The location is great we are with in walking distance of everywhere and also there is a bus stop right outside. We had everything we needed and the owners attended to any requests we had and helped with any questions. The apartment is also very spacious and has a lovely outside seating area located in their home grown garden. The owners are very accommodating and were lovely to meet. Sad to leave :)

I loved that it was an authentic place. It was nice that we had some basics for the kitchen like salt, oil, and the tabs for the washing machine. My experience is when you stay at an apartment you don’t really have cleaning or clean towels as you do when you go to a hotel but we got new ones which was good. Also loved the Netflix subscription for the times we didn’t have the energy to go anywhere. I think it was also helpful that the hosts made a guide where you could have every information you needed. Whenever we met outside they were kind and helpful creating a pleasant atmosphere.

I would like to say that I am impressed with the attitude of the hosts. They were so friendly and ready to help with whatever you need. There was a description of all the sights and places, how to get to restaurants and how to transport to everywhere in the city. Everything was perfect. There was every convenience in the apartment and we highly recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Dubrovnik again and also the same goes for this place. King regards

Great location - easy to get around with buses and Bolt or Uber. It was peaceful - especially with the garden setting. Comfy bed and great shower. Kitchen well equipped to cook simple meals.

The apartment is good. We arrived several hours earlier than planned, and the hostesses quickly prepared it for us. There are several beaches nearby, and you can take a bus to reach one of them if you want. The old city is 15 minutes away by bus.

This property was wonderful! The hosts, Marin and Romina, were generous with their knowledge of the area and super kind. They were very quick to answer any questions via WhatsApp that we had. We were a group of 4 and this place met all of our needs. Very clean and great location. Small super market across the street and a larger one about a 10min walk away. One bus to get into old town and the stop is right by the property. Beaches within walking distance. The little patio was perfect for dinners. Could not have better things to say!

The hosts are unbelievably amazing. I arrived around 11 pm but still, the host waited to hand me the keys over. The apartment is neat and clean, and it has all the necessary stuff. The transportation is quite practical to get to the city or the way round. If I were to go back to Dubrovnik, I would surely book my stay in Apartments Marin Thomas. I really recommend it to whoever is planning to visit Dubrovnik.

we had to extend our stay and made a mistake on the dates, and the hosts went out of their way to fix it for us. they were so kind and made sure we had everything we needed. the apartment is in a great spot, and has a full kitchen and sitting area, bedroom, bathroom, washer, and porch. really lovely and they have a really cute cat who will come visit you!

There wasn't anything I didn't like.

Our host Romini could not do enough to help. She's a real sweetheart. She checked in on the first day & showed us where we should go & how. If we then needed anything we only had to ask. Our apartment had a dishwasher, hob, microwave, sandwich toaster, washing machine & a fabulous terrace with table & chairs. Place was spotless. The no.6 bus is a 2min walk & is very frequent. It goes to Split & Gruz port. We were close to several beaches all a short walk. If you walk to sunset beach (8min walk) there are lots of eateries & souvenirs. Also Tommy supermarket is there, which is cheaper than studenac. Dubrovnik is very beautiful with lots to see & do. I highly recommend it.

Lovely spacious apartment in an area near to the promenade with easy access to the Old City. The family were very accommodating and pleasant, I would definitely return here if I visit Dubrovnik again.

A cutting board would be useful in the kitchen and there was a bit of a smell from the drains but it went away after you used the bathroom a few times. Overall really good stay!

Private spacious apartment behind a beautiful little garden, 1 minute from the bus stop into old town, the owners were super friendly and really helpful. They gave lots of info for our stay. Parking right out front of the apartments. They also have a super sweet cat on the property who loves cuddles and a cute little dog as well,big plus if you are animal lovers like us!

very very uncomfortable bathroom, the washbasin is inaccessible due to the fact that the approach is very narrow. the knives do not cut anything, the humidity in the room is very high, in the morning everything is wet despite the open window or the air conditioner being on
