You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Everything was super great. The location of the apartment is close to the sea, markets and restaurants. You can also do the short hike to the Vela spilja from here. The room is spacious and you even have a common kitchen with a fridge, microwave,... The hostess is really really nice, she brought us watermelon and at the end she gave us a nice gift to remember Korcula ;)

I stayed in this apartment for 16 nights and overall, I had a very pleasant experience. The apartment is fully remodeled, and everything is brand new and very clean condition. The studio is very spacious with a dinning table, chairs and a sofa. The kitchen has everything you need. The bathroom is very nice and big. The apartment is a few minutes walk from the market, restaurants and shops. Also, the Host is a very nice, polite, and a caring person, which made my stay very delightful. I highly recommend this studio!

I would suggest hangers in the bathroom so as to be able to hang towels after showering and a surface where to keep stuff. I would also recommend something where to hang clothes (maybe instead of the lovely little bench which has no particular use). The bed was not very comfortable but ok for a short stay.
Amazing host: warm welcome with fruit, water and biscuits as well as a map of the area. During our stay one morning she left chocolate croissants outside our door and one evening a tray full of fritule, homemade typical sweets ! The studio was very clean and the dedicated parking lot very useful although a bit tricky due to the narrow streets. There was also a washing machine and a drying rack to share with other guests. Brand new furniture and a lot of nice details.

We had to use the car all the time to get to the most beautiful beaches. Vela luka is lacking here a bit, although it has other charms.
The manager was extremely friendly and gave us all the information about the island and what to see as soon as we arrived. She surprised us quite a few times with goodies at the door, for which we are extremely grateful. The apartment is spacious and bright, with fast internet and, what positively surprised us, a washing machine, which came in very handy with a toddler on holiday.

Very friendly host. Accomodation in Vela Luka center closely to shops and restaurants. The nearest beach is only about 900 m. from this place.

The best apartment we've ever been to. Unfortunately, we can only score up to 10, but it deserves far more. The owner pours shes heart and soul for the guests, she is very kind and caring. She should be scored separately at 10+. The apartment is impeccable, clean and modern, the furnishings are very cultured, the kitchen is clean and equipped. We can only recommend it!

Beautiful, new, very clean rooms, the nicest and very dedicated owner. I would reccomend this apartments/rooms to everyone. We will definitely come back. It is really a perfect place to stay in Vela Luka. Miss Radmila really made our stay perfect.

The apartment was very clean, spacious and modern and had a balcony with the view at Vela Luka harbor. It is nicely located, close to City center, supermarkets, restaurants and cafes. Our host Radmila was outstanding, very helpful and friendly. She managed to surprise us with something delicious almost every day and she made our stay exceptional. We highly recommend this place :)

I would have liked a washing machine but for the amount of time we were fine.
We had the best host in Croatia, she was beautiful. Air-conditioning was wonderful and location was nice and quite.

We loved the kitchen, very organized and it was easy to find the utensils and other items. In the room the beds were very comfortable and big, the air conditioning was life saving. The shower was clean and the water was warm and refreshing. The location was awesome, everything is 5 minutes away.
