The kitchen equipment was lacking. E.g., no chopping board, one wooden spoon for making food, no washing up liquid.

Apartment with a stunning sea view from one of two balconies. Spacious and comfortable, located in the heart of Zadar old town. Good contact with the owner who organized airport transfer late at night so we didn't have to bother with that.

Nothing important, but if pressed a microwave oven would have been convenient, as would a plug for the kitchen sink..

The apartment was very spacious, bright, comfortable and clean, and had very efficient air conditioning. We loved having the option of 2 balconies, although the views from the back were no match for the fabulous sea views from the front. Some reviewers mentioned noise, but it wasn't really an issue for us....we stayed for 4 nights, from Friday to Tuesday and the only noise we heard was on the Friday, but not enough to keep us awake. We would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to others, and would love to return ourselves.

Central modern apartment. Fabulous balcony with unreal view of the sea. Also a terrace at the back. Everything you need was within walking distance. Lively bars behind the apartment with bands and dj, which we enjoyed at night. Host just a message away if needed. Highly recommended. John

Its not anything with the apartman itself, just right at the back of the building there is pub/restaurant where on friday and saturday there was big party with a lot of noise, what was disturbing. It was hard to rest.

We traveled as a family with a 4 year old. Tha apartman is in great location in the old town. Nicely renovated, and equiped with everything necesery. The owner was helpful, sent the info to get the keys the day before, and also come to check on the TV (the media box was not working, but just needed a restart). The rooms are big, the view is perfect.

It can be difficult to find a space for a car close to the apartment, even if you are willing to pay the high parking fee, and the free car park behind the park may be difficult to find a space in during high season.

The apartment was large and comfortably furnished with wonderful views. It is only a short walk to the lively bars, restaurants, shops and quay area with numerous daily boat trips. The host was very helpful and replied to messages very quickly. Would thoroughly recommend as there is so much to do nearby and even if the weather is bad, the apartment is a joy to spend time in.

The apartament was great! Living Room has amazing view on the sea. In apartament you can found everything you need, the kitchen is well equipped. We could check in earlier. Great location, not far from the sea organ. Within 500 meters a lot of restaurants, ice cream parlors and shops. Definitely worth it!

Entrance to building needs some attention, even just a paint job would help.

Great location with balcony back and front. Entrance to building could be improved but inside was well equipped.Thankful for the lift as on the 4th floor but it was very old and small.
