The apartment is not well maintained. We haven't had a wifi during our stay (3 nights!) due to an issue with the router (the host tried to fix it). The silk in the bathroom is too small and not comfortable, and the same as the kitchen.

The room is rather small and not that tidy, but something you could expect at a seaside accommodation. The furniture is a bit old and the overall feeling is very rustic.

Rako apartments is really close to the beach, 5 minutes walk to the nearest beach. There is also a supermarket right around the corner. Private parking is available on site. The room had a small kitchen equipped with a fridge and a stove and our room also had a private patio with a nice view over the sunset. The bed was comfortable. The host was great, helpful and accommodating.

The facilities were quite outdated but the price reflected that, so if you don’t mind simple design and a bit old furniture - that will not be an issue at all, because everything is working just fine.

Host and staff are very welcoming 👍, Milan showed us around and staff were also kind, provided beach towels, biscuits, iron and helped with parking. Location is very nice, close to the beach and quiet. Shop is just 20 metres away. We liked the bed, it was big and comfortable. Local cats are cute too 😁

Kitchen facilities were very basic, stove didn’t boil water.

Nice simple apartment for the price. The host katarina was so lovely. She dropped off extra blankets on the balcony knowing cold nights were coming and dropped off bags with coffee and muesli bars. Incredible location, can see the sea from the balcony / property and it’s a 5 minute walk down.

The furniture needs some upgrade, very basic although clean. Especially bathroom should be renewed, some shelves added.

The photos of the apartment were better than the reality. Totally fell short of expectations. The kitchen on the first floor has no windows, it is unpleasant to cook or eat in it. Very small space in the kitchen and steep narrow steps. In the bathroom, there are no hooks to hang towels, there is no cupboard to store your hygiene items. It is very inconvenient because you have to put everything directly on the floor.

Very good location. Very close to cafes, bars, wonderful beach, grocery store. The girl managing the apartments - was very friendly and helpful. She allowed us to leave the car for an additional 2 hours after check out. The environment is clean, tidy, maintained. The beds are comfortable. Amazing view from the balcony.

Lots of steps up from the beach so be prepared for that. Quite small for 4 adults probably more suited to 2 adults

Location was amazing. As were the owners who were always available and extremely helpful and friendly. The terrace was lovely to sit at and watch the ocean and enjoy meals outside.

Perfect location, near the beach , plenty of stairs but it worth it. We had a room with a terrace and a lovely view. Catharina is a lovely helpful lady who looks after us every day to make sure we have everything we need it. Milan the owner was very friendly too, prepared for us a delicious dinner , we really appreciated.

The kitchen area in our room had musty smell, but the smell doesn't go to other rooms. The bed had spring mattress, but it had mattress topper.

The house owner is genuinly very friendly person, he will answer all questions to make your stay excellent. Has funny stories and grills tasty fish. The rooms are simple but homey. The place is in excellent location with parking in shade just under the apartment. The pool is clean and refreshing and lounge area is amazing for sunsets.

Very close to town and restaurants, hence dont need to find parking in town. Close to steps leading down to beach ( LOTS of steps going down and harder coming up !!) Great terrace where you could have your meals with a great seaview. Lovely beach promenade. Studenac Supermkt 2 mins away, very handy for supplies. Great balcony for the 4 bed apartment. Very friendly host. Parking.

There were mice in the apartment - they made holes in the bed mat and got into our things (there were no cupboards, so we had to keep most of our things on the floor). We had to leave after four days (we had paid for 8). The owner promised us a 75% refund, so we informed Booking.com of our agreement, as the owner had instructed us to do, and paid for new accommodation. In the end, we only received a 15% refund directly from Booking.com and the owner stopped communicating with us. In addition, the accommodation was not as advertised and there were other problems: 1) The apartment was in poor condition and not worth the price. It was also too small for four people, despite being advertised for that capacity; 2) Furniture and storage were limited, with only a plastic shelf and makeshift hangers, the dining table was inadequate for four people; 3) The front door was broken; 4) The bathroom lacked adequate storage and privacy (the bathroom doors could not be locked); 4) Access to the private terrace was through a window, which was both unsafe and inconvenient; 5) There are several steps around the bathroom and bedroom doors, creating a tripping hazard; 6) The parking arrangement was highly impractical, with cars parked in two rows; 7) Several items listed in the accommodation description, such as a hairdryer, fan and oven, were missing; 8) The kitchen equipment was inadequate and damaged; 9) The aesthetic aspect was poor - e.g., exposed light bulbs instead of proper fixtures, etc.

The locality is lovely, but we recommend to appreciate it in another accomodation.

The kitchen area is literally 1square meter and you don’t have place for anything, there is no cold water in the kitchen so if you want to wash your dishes get ready to be in 1 square meter sauna with your hands burned and you won’t be able to put clean dishes anywhere.

The location is okay and you have a parking space, you get the pool access and parking as soon as you get there and you have a super market, hotels, other restaurants really close, the place is near to the most popular beaches and you have your private outdoor area. Our host Katarina was so friendly and kind she showed us around and told us about many good places, she is really kind and friendly, this property wouldn’t have this good score without her.

The parking is a bit tight, and I had a huge car

Very friendly host. Studio has big terace, small kitchen is well equipped. Facility is just a few steps from market. Beach is close, just about 100 stairs away. The beach is amazing.
