There is nothing you will not like about this place. It’s absolutely great.

Everything. The host Tomas was fabulous. So warm, friendly, helpful. Such sweet gestures. From picking us up from the bus station to helping us with our luggage, to keeping home made liquor and snacks in the room, to checking up on us everyday to even giving us parting souvenirs.. this was my best stay in all of Croatia. The apartment has everything you need and even things you may not think you need. It’s aptly located near the Pile gate (main gate to the old town) and a minute walk from the wall entrance. The lane is bustling with bars and great restaurants.

Excellent location, cutest decor and 5 star service, definitely recommend. Our stay at Apartments & Rooms Perla was everything we wished for and more! Straight after booking and throughout our whole trip, Tomas was on hand to answer any questions we had super quickly! Check-in was smooth and very welcoming, with great recommendations and directions. Tomas and the team’s attention to detail meant we had everything we needed, from plenty of towels including beach towels, and traditional homemade croatian drink to discount codes for nearby restaurants and biscuits before bed! One of the nicest apartments I have stayed at in the world. Tomas arranged my transport from the airport and met me at the Pile Gate. The apartment is beautifully furnished, immaculate and lots of lovely touches like chocolates, snacks, and his mother’s liquor. A beautiful oasis to escape the crowds of old town during the day. The morning and evening atmosphere around the apartment is amazing. Tomas is a wonderful host and very helpful and friendly. The location is in great spot in Old town near lots of restaurants. Highly recommend.

Very nice appartment, great location, super helpful host. We loved our stay, despite beeing in the old town, it was quiet at night because of the double glass windows. The host was super nice and caring. He made sure everything was top notch and even helped us carrying the suitcases to the bus station. Also the appartment provides extra huge beach towels and slippers - loved that too!

If you are looking for a quiet place this might not be the place for you as it is in the center and there is a bar downstairs with loud music on the weekends.

Exceptional stay! Tomas went above and beyond to ensure we had the perfect holiday. The apartment is absolutely luxurious—beautifully designed, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. It’s fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, plus so many thoughtful extras like homemade biscuits, local liquor, amazing coffee, wine, chocolate, and snacks—all complimentary, which made us feel truly pampered. The bed was one of the most comfortable we've ever slept in, and the apartment is soundproofed so well that even though you're in the heart of the old town, it’s peaceful and quiet inside—perfect for a restful night’s sleep. The location is unbeatable. It's on the best street in the old town, directly across from a fantastic Michelin-starred restaurant that’s reasonably priced and absolutely delicious. Plus, the beach is just a short, scenic walk away—ideal for a quick dip or a relaxing stroll. We honestly couldn’t have asked for more. Highly, highly recommend staying here. We loved our stay in the room on the first floor. It’s very clean, spacious and with a small refrigerator with free wine,beer, water etc. The location is right in the heart of the city. Tomas is the best host ever 👍. He even picked us up at Pile Gate, and arranged transport to the airport. He is ready to help you with all you are asking for. Our best recommendations. The apartment's location within the old town walls was perfect. A very short walk from the main street and 2 minutes from the Irish bar! Our host Tomas even arranged for us to have a reservation at the Panorama restaurant, which has the most amazing view of the old town.

The location of the apartment was brilliant, with lots of restaurants right on the doorstep and a few minutes walk to the Main Street of the old town. The apartment was beautifully decorated and the bed very comfortable. Bathroom modern & clean. Overall a luxurious stay. Special touches from the host Tomas were exceptional, he went above and beyond to ensure our stay was incredible. I left my bank cards there and he mailed them back to me securely, and wouldn't accept any reimbursement! Thank you so much Tomas, I would recommend this apartment & host entirely.

Nothing - everything was brilliant!

The apartment was beautiful and right in the centre of the old town. Room had everything you would want plus local biscuits/liquor/stocked mini bar/tea and coffee/chocolates well over and above any apartment I have stayed at before. Tomas the owner sorted a pick up from the airport and met us at the pile gate. Such a great service and even dropped us to the bus station free of charge at the end of our stay. I would highly recommend the apartment I will be recommending to all my friends once I get home!

It’s location is the best! The host Mr Thomas was extremely helpful. He not only helped us in carrying all the bags on 1st floor, but dropped us in his car on our way to the car rentals. The place is in the heart of the old town so it was very easy to walk around to the main sight seeing points. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and had coffee machine, kettle, toaster along with chocolates, biscuits etc.It was one of our very memorable stay and I highly recommend it to all those who plan to visit Dubrovnik.

We liked everything

Everything, beautifully decorated and lots of thoughtful touches, including lovely cherry liqueur made by Tomas’s Mum! We so enjoyed being in the heart of the old town but had the comforts of a great hotel. Super comfortable bed, lovely bedding, lots of towels and extras like a jar of homemade biscuits, a fridge filled with water etc, really couldn’t ask for more. Superb location too and we must say a huge thank you to Tomas for his hospitality, his advice on places to visit and best times for our trips out of the city were extremely helpful and lead to us having a wonderful holiday. He advised which day to have a boat trip and so happy we took his advice as the weather changed and we would have missed out, we obviously checked up on our weather app but having local knowledge is really helpful. Thanks Tomas, a gentleman and fantastic host!!

The property was situated in the heart of the old town, making it an ideal location for exploring the city. The walk to the property was a breeze, and we didn’t have to climb many stairs. Tomas, the owner, was incredibly polite and helpful, and we were delighted to receive gifts from Dubrovnik as a token of appreciation at the checkout. We highly recommend this property and would give it a perfect 10/10!

The apartment was wonderful and in a great location inside the fort. Super clean and spacious. Tomas the host went over and beyond our expectations, his son picked us up at the rental car return and drove us to the apartment, where Tomas was waiting for us. He carried most of our luggage to the apartment, a true gentlemen. The apartment was very well appointed filled with goodies, and a delicious liquor that his mom makes. Do not think twice and book this apartment. And it has great air conditioning.

The location was perfect. We were a group of 4 friends and had the two bedroom apartment with 4 beds. The apartment was beautiful and very clean with plenty of towels etc. There were some sweets, juices, fruit etc and even some homemade drinks. The hosts go above and beyond and are so helpful. Tomas came to meet us and help us get to the apartment from the main gates. He offered to help with transportation from and to the airport and let us have late checkout. We would highly recommend this place
