This was the best apartment out of all of our Croatian stay. Lots of natural light and plenty of space. The owner is super helpful and accommodating. We where welcomed and shown our apartment on arrival. Everything in the apartment was brand new. Any water drinks or snacks where free of charge. I could go on and on...the bed was super comfortable. the apartment felt like a beautiful home away from home. I highly recommend.

Beautifully furnished apartment with attention to details, located in Žminj from where you can easily go explore the whole of Istria. Right next to the apartments there is a great little bistro&bar Ružmarin with delicious brunch options made from local ingredients.

Sylvia & her daughter were the upmost excellent and friendly hosts who greeted us so kindly & with drinks on the house at their local family-run cafe downstairs (not to mention, so affordable, cute, and delicious- a must visit while you’re there!). They offered us recommendations and suggestions for local food experiences and to avoid the overly commercial places. The apartment was very clean and beautifully decorated, it felt like home quickly & had all the amenities to cook a few meals ourselves; the grocery store just steps away & parking right in front of the building. The apartment is exactly as seen in images. While Zminj is a quiet town with limited things to see, it was perfectly centrally located to do day trips to explore all of Istria.

We loved our stay!

A spacious and nicely furnished apartment with a separate bedroom with a large and super comfortable bed. Very well-equipped kitchen, bathroom with a large shower cabin. Very clean and tasteful. There is a bistro on site offering breakfasts with local products and delicious coffee.

The apartment is located at the most central location in Žminj, evrything you may need is within easy reach by foot. The same owner has a bistro downstairs with very tasty, budget-friendly brunches based on fresh local produce. The apartment itself is very clean, modern, bright and with a huge bed .I really enjoyed my stay here.

Very pleasant member of staff greeted us, gave us helpful information. There was a lovely welcome pack with a nice range of products, much appreciated. The apartment was exceptionally clean. Very nice bed linen. Plenty of space for 2 people. Parking was available right outside the entrance. The entrance and stairway to the apartment was lovely.

The apartment looked like brand new, furnished with style and very clean. Nearby there are a playground, a nice market, a pizza restaurant and a fast food.

Zminj is perfect location for those travelling with a car to access the Istrian region, namely, Rovinj & Pula - it's around 20 minutes by car. The apartment is extremely clean, modern and well-appointed. Silvia met me on arrival and handed over the keys - she was very kind and informative. She even popped some beverages and treats in the kitchen. There is a supermarket nearby, if you want to make use of the kitchen. There's a park next door, which is great for children and the locals were extremely friendly. There are also nearby cafes and restaurants. Parking is free and next to the entrance, so very convenient. We would happily stay here again.
