property is directly located at the "drunks-walk-home-route" which means midnight up to early morning there is loud noise. closed windows (ac available) don't help because both door and window have large gaps. price is rather high. we found a larger and quieter room 50m away for half the price (60 euro) for our 2nd night in dubrovnik.

renovated, yet original condition of "old-town-room" with western standards including a/c. host allowed early check-in at 12:00 hours and was very friendly.

Room is “tiny” & would be a challenge for some guests - fridge had no internal temperature controller & froze solid all contents - bathroom sink & shelving functionally poor.

Location in Old Town. Room was quiet with double glazing, beds were very comfortable & AirCon was excellent.

I suggest it is best for short stays unless you only want to sleep there. The shower floor feels a little unstable but everything else is as per written.

This is an amazing location in the Dubrovnik Old Town, very handy to Pile Gate entrance and everything is accessible on foot for the town. It is small but comfortable for two for a short stay (we only had one night).

The location in Dubrovnik old town was amazing. Initially hard to find but well worth it in the maze of cobbled streets. Access via one flight of stairs with cafes and restaurants in the street below. The welcome and assistance on arrival was excellent. Room was slightly larger than expected with good facilities, including air conditioning.

The room is right in the old town but super quiet & dark (not only due to there being no power) when the windows were closed. Room was tiny and our twin beds were together (we're brother & sister) which was a little awkward. Anyhow, had the best sleep in a comfortable bed & pillow. Host was great & we got a little refund due to power outage, which was beyond her control.

It was adequate. The lady at the travel agency gave us help to get in and then leave keys so there was nothing to complain about.

In my opinion, there was no breakfast but coffee was fine. I don't remember if that was the place that had a bad-tasting roll and called it breakfast.
