The location is superb, couldn’t have asked for a better spot. Right next to the Ploce gate (arguably the most jaw dropping entrance). Also the owner was absolutely lovely- really communicative and accommodating.

I had misunderstood that our apartment, which was 1 of 2 Olaf apartments, had the outdoor patio area rather than a roof terrace (later revealed to be labelled as a balcony), so was a little disappointed that there wasn’t a view over the city. But for the size, location and price (which were all great) I was clearly expecting too much!

Location was amazing

Photos are misleading, it’s small nowhere to sit comfortably, outside terrace had no protection from sun, bathroom is ridiculously small you cannot move in it. For the price of the accommodation it was very poor and not what we expected as both the apartments photos are together and you don’t really know which ones apply to which when booking.

Great location, charming, and very responsive hosts.

Property wasn’t very clean - floors were dirty and there were many ants and other small bugs. For the price, I would expect a few more amenities like soaps in the shower, a coffee maker and more than 1 pillow per person. Also, note the AC is only in the bedrooms which isn’t enough to cool the main floor.

The balcony, the comfy bed, very good AC for hot summer nights. The location is perfect so close to city walls but also so tranquil at night.

Perfect location!! Nice and clean apartment with beautiful terrace and air conditioning. Great communication with the host- very responsive.

Fantastic location. Spacious bathroom. Adorable patio area. The apartment was very clean and we enjoyed our stay.

The hot water for the shower ran out really quickly. We had a small group and if you weren’t the first to shower you would be taking a cold shower. Not the worst when it’s hot outside though.

Andrea was a very helpful and friendly hostess, we really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was quiet and clean with a large, charming balcony. The location was close to the main gate to the old town, tour boats that took us to other islands, and Banje Beach. We are looking forward to coming back again! 😊

The location was perfect! Easy walk to the old town and everything we wanted to do

If I was being really fussy , There was a little bit of work going on near the entrance to the property. But that’s it!!!

Loved our stay particularly for the location which was Just outside the wall and because we never had to take the stairs which of course is synonymous with staying in Dubrovnik. Super clean. Had a washing machine which is always a bonus ! Love love love !!!

Quiet, great location, comfortable & great bed

Location...location...location...literally across the street from the entrance to Old Town...bus stop is half a block from the door...restaurants, markets and bakeries are in the next block...cable car is about 3 blocks away. The apartment was super clean, tidy and secure. Kitchen was well equipped. Basic cooking essentials...salt, pepper, spices, oil...were not provided. Tons of storage space in the kitchen, bedrooms and bathroom. We loved the private garden seating area, which was just outside of our front door. Andrea, the host, was super helpful with arranging transportation from and to the airport. She was quick to respond to requests and was always friendly and cheerful.

Bathroom too small, no where to hang towels, no soap dispenser in the shower. Also need bath mat for shower and mat to balcony

Location is great! Very close to one of the gates to Dubrovnik, very easy access. Very quiet too, even with being to close to the Old City. Communications with the property manager were easy and clear.

The apartment was very clean, spacious, the host extremely responsive, and the location right outside the City Walls was perfect. It had a washing machine.
