The place is located just a short 3-minute walk from the old town. It was super clean and had everything you need for a great stay.

I had misunderstood that our apartment, which was 1 of 2 Olaf apartments, had the outdoor patio area rather than a roof terrace (later revealed to be labelled as a balcony), so was a little disappointed that there wasn’t a view over the city. But for the size, location and price (which were all great) I was clearly expecting too much!

The location is superb, couldn’t have asked for a better spot. Right next to the Ploce gate (arguably the most jaw dropping entrance). Also the owner was absolutely lovely- really communicative and accommodating.

The hot water for the shower ran out really quickly. We had a small group and if you weren’t the first to shower you would be taking a cold shower. Not the worst when it’s hot outside though.

Andrea was a very helpful and friendly hostess, we really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was quiet and clean with a large, charming balcony. The location was close to the main gate to the old town, tour boats that took us to other islands, and Banje Beach. We are looking forward to coming back again! 😊

If I was being really fussy , There was a little bit of work going on near the entrance to the property. But that’s it!!!

Loved our stay particularly for the location which was Just outside the wall and because we never had to take the stairs which of course is synonymous with staying in Dubrovnik. Super clean. Had a washing machine which is always a bonus ! Love love love !!!

Location...location...location...literally across the street from the entrance to Old Town...bus stop is half a block from the door...restaurants, markets and bakeries are in the next block...cable car is about 3 blocks away. The apartment was super clean, tidy and secure. Kitchen was well equipped. Basic cooking essentials...salt, pepper, spices, oil...were not provided. Tons of storage space in the kitchen, bedrooms and bathroom. We loved the private garden seating area, which was just outside of our front door. Andrea, the host, was super helpful with arranging transportation from and to the airport. She was quick to respond to requests and was always friendly and cheerful.

The bathroom is very small.

Location is great! Very close to one of the gates to Dubrovnik, very easy access. Very quiet too, even with being to close to the Old City. Communications with the property manager were easy and clear.

Location of the property was close to the old town and there were not too many stairs to contend with. The owner assisted in arranging a taxi to the airport and assisted in changing the pickup point to minimize the number of stairs. It was great having a washing machine and small balcony which assisted with the drying of our clothes. Would certainly stay here again.

you couldn’t open the shower door if the bath mat was on the floor due to no clearance at bottom of door. A bit of an inconvenience but I realise this isn’t a biggie.

Excellent location for walking to Old City, cafes, beach and cable car. Apartment had a balcony overlooking the rooftops and there was a peep of the sea. There was an air con unit that was essential as it was so hot!

Excellent location, very close to Dubrovnik Old Town and bus stop for airport shuttle bus. Lovely little terrace. Generous sized bathroom. Spotlessly clean.

A set of instructions in English would have been great for use of tv and washing machine although we did figure it out 🙃

The property was steps away from the Ploce Gate. The apartment was spacious and had a cute balcony!! It was great to have a fridge and kettle. Either bring your favorite instant coffee or grab some at the convenient store. The washing machine was an added bonus with a clothesline on balcony to use.

Location was excellent - really close to the Old Town entrance, apartment was great ! Clean and neat with a great feel about it. Andrea was amazing - we accidently left some clothes in the washing machine and she ended up posting them to us at our next destination - so kind !!

Fantastic accommodation so close to the old town wall. Wonderful location and still quiet. Nice style to the renovated apartment. The bathroom is lovely and large. Perfect for a family. The host was extremely accommodating with our check in and check out times which was hugely appreciated.
