The apartment is perfectly close to the beach. It’s nice, clean, and comfy. Our landlady Vesna is a real treasure, she’s changing the laundry every 2-3 days, keeping a nice clean and tidy apartment. They’re very friendly towards children and pets, and overall are just being an amazing host. She’s also offering breakfast and coffee to start the day. Can only HIGHLY RECOMMEND this gem of a place!

Grocery shops are not nearby, it will be inconvenient to have multiple trips to the grocery market especially walking, but I think if you plan ahead what you need for your stay, this problem can be easily solved.

Great apartment, comfortable and spacious, beachfront, has a nice and spacious terrace, good to have a drink or a meal and look at the sea. Amazing host, she lives in the same building, and there to help if you need anything. She's very kind and welcoming!. Absolutely recommend.

Nothing not to like.

Located right near the beach and restaurants. Very big apartment with 3 bedrooms. The host and her sister are such nice people! We were presented with a nice breakfast one morning. We just felt very welcome. 5 minute drive ti the supermarket.

Hands down our best experience during the trip. Vesna is best host we have encountered in our 7 years of traveling. I'd highly recommend booking this. She made us snacks when checking in and breakfast when checking out. She also gave us a small gift. ♥️ Excellent internet. Very close to a nice beach. Good parking right infront. Laid back locality. I'd rate more than 10 if I could. Will definitely come back.

Nice little appartment with terrace at walking distance of the sea and beaches. Parking in front of the building. Vesna greeted us upon arrival and explained the appartment and surroundings. She served us special local breakfast in the morning and even offered us a special (and effective!) local mud application for low backpain. She is clearly an exceptional host!

The owner, Vesna gave us a warm welcome and a surprise. The hospitality of her is outstanding. The place is 2-minute walk from beach. The apartment was clean, big, with a nice view. Even as we stayed for 1 night only, we got a fantastic breakfest. Definitely a place to visit if your goal is to relax, swim and enjoy the sea.

Everything was amazing and perfect.

Accommodation was fab and host was very kind and offered services that we did not expect. She welcomed us with juices and cakes. She gave us a spin to nearby Nin. She insisted on making a grilled chicken for us and chicken was delicious. At the end she offered us again a spin to Zadar saying that she's going the same way to do her own shopping but actually she dropped us off to the airport.

I love the rooms with balcony and seaview. We are comfortable with all facilities in the house. The sandy beach is just 5 minutes walk. We enjoyed so much the kindness from the host with her Croatian snacks and cooked breakfast and dinner for us. We did not expect such service from the beginning.We also got flexibly early check in time. We are truly grateful for the host lady rides to/from Nin and other places. We also socialised during our sray with more understanding of the area and the country. It is an amazing service. I highly recommend to other guests..

The room is not equipped with coffee machine and there is no air-conditioner.

Vesna is really nice, a perfect host. She is a lovely person, she made us one time breakfast and one time dinner. The room was small, but enough, had a little balcony. Water pressure in the shower is good, there is a fridge, kettle, towels and kitchenware. The beach is 3 minutes walk, sand. There is a restaurant and bar nearby, also few minutes walking distance. Parking is not private, but is off the street, there is a platz between apartments.

The apartments have a great location close to the sandy beach. They are clean and cosy. The lady of the house is very nice. She really takes care of her guests. She prepared for us a great breakfast, cakes, and amazing fish for dinner. She made our stay more enjoyable.

The beach is very close to the apartment. Parking spaces are available next to the apartment. The host was so kind and welcoming! We were suprised with a treat on the day of departure. I wish we could have stayed a bit longer there, but someone needed to go to work. 😁🍀

The apartment is almost directly at the beach, with a great view of the sea and a very short walk to the beach is a really good beach (not rocky as in most other places in Croatia). The host, Vesna, is just exceptional! I have never been received so warmly, and she helped perfectly with all questions and requests that I had. I will return!

Very nice host - Ms- Vesna - we were offered welcome drink and food and on our last day breakfast, everything in the price. Accommodation is older, but very spacious and well maintained. The rooms were well equipped and clean. Great location - calm place and very close to beach.

We liked the location very much. The apartment was comfortable and clean. The apartment owner Vesna was just great.

Bus connections are very poor if you do not have a car, especially weekends it is very limited. Thus, we were very dependent on getting picked up and dropped off. Unfortunately, there was some misunderstanding when we arrived and we had to wait one hour at the bus stop until we got picked up. So we were little bit confused. But the drop off went really well.

We really liked that the beach was a 2 minutes walk from the accommodation. Room was clean and had everything what we needed. Calm atmosphere. There is one nearby restaurant which we enjoyed a lot. We got some tea and coffee upon arrival, also breakfast the next morning and really appreciated the service.
