Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

GermanyApartments Nela in Podstrana are simply fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the hosts and immediately felt at home. The apartment is modern, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is unbeatable: just a few steps from the beach, with restaurants and shops nearby, and Split's old town is just a short drive away. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering great tips for excursions and local sights. They were always available for any questions or needs we had. In summary: If you're looking for a well-kept place near Split, Apartments Nela is perfect. We'll definitely be back!

PolandIt was a fantastic experience. The apartment is extremely clean which I really appreciated. All the furnitures and equipment are new. A wide bed with a very comfortable matress (me and my back like it!), wonderfully and freshly smelling linen. The location of the apartment is optimal - far from the noisy and gathered main street but close enough to get the beach (5 min walk). What stands out the place most of all among the others are the hosts. Antonija and Franc are very empathetic and their kindness goes far beyond the regular standards. I felt very comfortable and safe, actually almost like at home.

RomaniaThere is a church across the street that rings the bell every day early in the morning.
Welcoming and friendly host, very clean apartment (it looks like new), with everything you might need (including dishwasher). It is close to the beach (on foot) and it only takes a few minutes to reach Split by car. I liked the fact that the host prepared maps and info materials for the area. The balcony is also very pleasant.
