We still remember our holiday at Villa Mirjana. We found everything we expected there: - a very clean and comfortable apartment, - fantastic views of the sea and the surrounding area straight from our terrace, - a few steps to the beaches, the charming promenade in Mlini and restaurants, - close proximity to Dubrovnik and Cavtat by water taxi. And last but not least, very friendly and helpful staff. Thank you for this complete holiday package. Ewa & Kris July, 2025

One of the nicest apartments we have ever stayed, beautiful small infinity pool right outside our patio doors, staff Ivan and the team were so helpful 😀

Nothing at all we would book again

Ease of check in. Friendliness of staff and owner were fantastic. 👍Any request was dealt with immediately I.e. two bulbs had blown in bathroom- fixed immediately. Cleanliness of apartment and outside spaces were prestyn. Close proximity to all immenities I.e. beach, harbour, restaurants and supermarket.

We loved every bit of our stay here. Our apartment was super clean, very well equipped with everything you need to have a comfortable and relaxing stay. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. The pool was clean and mostly empty but maybe we just got lucky. The location was perfect, close to the airport, literally one min from the beach, restaurant all around. We took a boat to Dubrovnik for a day trip and it was amazing. And the highlight are the views in this place. All the sunsets, the mornings, even at night, it was so beautiful all the time!

The Gardner was a huge help with luggage a great guy

Location is wonderful, views across the bay from the private patio and 2 minutes to the beach. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Excellent shower Friendly hosts La Norma restaurant very close with good food and friendly service

Limited cooking utensils and cookware Air conditioning was only in the living room . None in bed room although the living room air conditioning did cool to some extent

The location was excellent and the view was exceptional. Loved the pool area also.

The property was ideal for us but the only draw back was the bathroom had no ventilation and our room felt very damp as a result. A dehumidifier would have helped. Also some extra towels in the room would have been nice but when we asked it was no problem.

The views from these apartments were absolutely amazing . The staff were very helpful and let us check in early as soon as our flight arrived .

The wonderful place near the sea. The nice view, the comfortable pool and the apartment. Hushed and astonishing. Friendly stuff and lovely pets around. The restaurant “La Norma” is in the neighborhood. I can recommend this apartment to stay.

We stayed in the lower level apartment facing the sea . A really comfortable spacious apartment for 2 with a great terrace overlooking the sea

Family of 3 stayed in 1 bed apartment. The location was superb, kitchen was well equipped, it was like a home from home.

Not a game changer but access to a washing machine would have been great. Some dog/cat mess on the steps outside.

The property appeared to be clean.

Their family dog was allowed to cool off in the pool, my wife had to clean cat excrement off the terrace but far worst than that we both ended up taking a severe reaction to bites which were confirmed at the hospital by the Dr that treated us as being bed bug bites! Disappointingly neither booking.com nor the accommodation have been in any way supportive although booking.com said they were taking it very seriously. As the accommodation is refusing to refund us booking.com have offered us approx £65 - not sure why they’re offering that if we don’t deserve a refund. Will never book with booking.con again. Incredibly disappointing

Its central location was amazing everything was walking distance. The pool was a great bonus as the children loved using it when we returned from the beach & local trips.

Location & pool, although too cold for us to use

10 roaming cats and 2 dogs, too many. Cats would enter your room if given a chance. Booking system kept demanding confirmation and repeatedly asked us to fill out a form on another website which we were unable to do. Despite owner stating she had mentioned cats in description we have not ever seen any such info.
