My family and I enjoyed our stay at this cosy and well decorated apartment. The friendly host was always available and made sure that we got our daily supplies such as towels and toiletries. My daughter absolutely adored the stunning swimming pool that is set in the shade most of the day.

It missed some basic cooking essentials such as oil or a pan for meat, otherwise great.

Very nice little studio for two nights stay if you have a car, otherwise it could be a bit far from the city center.

We had just the issue with the water boiler, which was assessed and solved within hours. They made sure that we were looked after offering another apartment until the issue was resolved. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about the stay, the apartment and the hosts - on the contrary.

Staff was available at all times and very fast and efficient. Communication was flawless, without any problems. We had an issue with the water boiler and the hosts went above and beyond to make sure that we were looked after - the issue was fixed within an afternoon. Tips of good places to eat and sight seeing were also provided by the hosts, which was very appreciated. Overall, I definitely recommend the stay, the town is great and the hosts even better!

On the balcony you could hear the passing traffic, but I knew it, when I made the reservation, but you could sleep well in the apartment.

The apartment is really nice and new, it has a quiet neighborhood. The beds and the sofa bed were confortable. We could access to the balcony looking to the courtyard from both rooms. There is a Tommy supermarket in the street on walking distance. It is a nice walk to the Borik beach and there are some nice restaurants on the way. Natasa was really helpful and communicative since the reservation and made everything to feel our family stay comfortable.

The coffee maker didn't function for us, but that was it. Traffic noise on the workdays was loud, but we were able to put up with it. It was a bit of a walk to the marina area in the heat, but we managed it.

Our hostess went above and beyond, helping us to get to the apartment. She explained everything to us and spent time reviewing the area. We found her so helpful and friendly to us, newcomers to the city.

The location was a bit further from town than we expected but the Ubers are really cheap and reliable so definitely not an issue! The pool wasn’t heated but this was no issue as the sea was a perfect temperature.

Very clean, lovely staff, really good value for money too. Had a minor issue with shower and the owners had it sorted within 10 minutes of notifying them, very pleased with it all.

Modern & clean room, super nice host, pool was a big plus. Our stay was very pleasant. Nataša is such a cool lady and friendly host, she helped us a lot and give great recommendations. The room has everything you need and there is a washing machine just next door. We had sunny days so the clothes dried quite fast too.

We are happy, this is just intended as some helpful feedback - The drains could do with bleaching as they seemed to smell a bit at times. (Bathroom) and we couldn’t get the shower to run hot for long but it was so hot there that we didn’t bother asking about it and we’re still happy. It would have been nice for the kitchen to have been stocked with some essentials for the stay, e.g. salt, pepper, milk, coffee, tea, water in the fridge. A frying pan… Also the kettle needs descaling or replacing, the water after boiling is dodgy looking. The scent for the room we put outside as it was very strong, like being in a room full of vape smoke, heavy on the lungs and not nice. Maybe try a different one?

Natasya was super lovely and laid back, we arrived 5 hours late due to flight delay and get there at 5.30am and she was very kind and helpful. We had the place to ourself for the first part of the week which was amazing, like having our own private pool! The place was clean and had the basics you’d need for cooking which we did a couple of nights. Supermarket was just down the road and we walked there and to Zadar old town and Diklo beach etc which were all lovely walks. If you come expecting very basic you’ll be very very happy here. We loved it!

The appartment was not clean. Many broken things. The shower is blocked. The taps are loose. I don’t recommend this place. It is not worth it. Too expensive for what it is.
