A little bit noisy as the restaurant is right under the balcony. Wifi is not so good, sometimes slow. Parking can be difficult.

Wifi is weak only works at the balcony. Also no umbrella at top flor balcony therfore could not be there only if the sun moved away.

The location is perfect, you are close to the sea you can actually hear the waves, its so cozy. The hosts are so nice, too, I really felt like home there, the atmosphere was very friendly. Also, the room, bathroom and terrace were so spacious, I really appreciate that!

The apartment has everything you need, fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom, bedroom and most important big balcony with sea view. Extra clean, 1 minute away from the beach. Will be back definitely.

Unfortunately, the apartment lacked air conditioning in the bedroom, which made it very hot and stuffy at night. We were also constantly bothered by flies and mosquitoes, so it would be helpful to have some kind of repellent available. Basic household supplies were missing: there was no soap in the bathroom, the towel rack was broken, and the shower drain was clogged, which caused water to flood the floor. The kitchen had no salt, oil, napkins, or a dishwasher. As a tourist, it’s inconvenient to buy full-size supplies for a short stay — these could easily be provided by the host.

The location is good — there are two beaches within walking distance (though it takes a short walk to reach them), and a lovely promenade nearby, perfect for evening strolls. The terrace was definitely a highlight of our stay and made for a great place to relax. Overall, the area is beautiful and peaceful.

Absolutely nothing!

The best vacation in recent times! Villa Aequum is definitely the best option you can find in Okrug Gornji :) Ms. Mariia met us later than expected, and we were so thankful for her flexibility and warm welcome. She made sure we felt comfortable from the moment we arrived. The apartment looked exactly like the photos—clean, modern, and well-maintained. It had everything we needed for a long stay, including a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils and appliances, as well as a cozy bedroom with comfortable bedding. We were pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail in every room, making it feel like a home away from home. Just next door, you'll find the incredible Steak and Fish House AEQUUM, which we highly recommend! The food was absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere was perfect for a relaxing evening after a day at the beach. The staff were friendly and the service was top-notch. There are two beautiful beaches just a 3-minute walk away, with crystal-clear water that sparkles in the sunlight. The beaches are quiet, with plenty of spots to relax in the shade or enjoy the warm Adriatic sun. It’s the perfect spot for swimming, sunbathing, or just unwinding. Whether you're traveling alone or with family, I highly recommend Villa Aequum for an unforgettable vacation. It's a stunning place to relax, recharge, and enjoy the beauty of the Dalmatian coast. We can’t wait to return!

The only issue we had was the WiFi that was very weak in the bedroom but once on the terrace it worked much better.

Staff super friendly and accommodating. They let us know about a party happening in the restaurant before which was considerate but luckily the rooms were sound proof so we didn’t hear a thing! Super clean and comfy beds. Well - equipped and amazing view from the balcony. Couldn’t recommend it more.

Please add a coffee machine of some sort (Bialetti, Nespresso, simple coffee filter). Not everyone is used to making Turkish Coffee :) We managed, but it would have been a huge positive difference to find an easier way to have our coffee. No toiletries were provided (shower gel, shampoo) , but that is common in Croatia.

The villa has two buildings, and we were housed in the one without the restaurant. It doesn't have the same view as the main one, but still we could see the sea and feel the breeze. That's all we wanted. Both buildings have view to the sea. The apartments are great, with (almost) everything needed including: large balcony, kitchen, large fridge, air conditioning, very good bed and pillows. Besides this, we appreciated the parking and walking distance to a couple of restaurants. A big supermarket is 15 min away.

Great location just next to the sea. Very friendly and helpfull staff. They helped us with arranging taxi when we need to get the Split ferry on time, provide us with enough ice cubes during hot summer evenings. Fantastic restaurant with wide selection of seas food, local appetizers and specialities.

A pleasant apartment with all necessary amenities. Nice bathroom with a walk in shower (not a small shower cabin). We had an apartment with a perfect, large terrace shadowed by a climbing kiwi bush. All no further than 100 m from the sea. The beach is small, but natural and not as crowded and noisy as the beaches on the other side of the island - I recommend it if you like a quiet holiday. A slightly larger beach is 200-300 m away. The owner was smiling and helpful, good wifi and very nice smells from the neighboring restaurant - local cuisine. Everything is worth recommending.

Food, service from everyone, parking place, location, peace, comfort, silence during night. Everyone is so kind and gentle. First time here, feeling like I'm here every couple months, my future place for resting, for sure!

The floor wasn't really cleaned when we came. And it would be nice to have some tower holder in bathroom - would't need big investment :)

Appartment is really just above the beach, even though it needs to be noted that pebble beach with smooth acces do the sea is very small and full of children so if you want to have peace you need to be on rocks with ladder acces. Village center with supermarket, bakery and several restaurants just app 10 min by walk.

It was more expensive than last year, and there were no possibility to have discount for our big group (more than 10 persons)

The location is still excellent. We love this calm and chill-out bay. The apartments were improved since last year: the bathrooms was totally rebuilt in a modern style (we occupied 4 apartments, and every of them were improved)

It is a nice apartment near the beach which offers the opportunity to enjoy the sun, sand and sea at your convenience. It had everything what a couple need for a relaxing stay. The terrace is large enough, and the view from it is excellent.

Street access was a little difficult. TV availability was limited. No flatscreen and only basic satellite programs. No guest pack in room.

The owner held a family party on the Saturday evening which was very noisy and went on into the early hours! We only booked the accommodation on the Tuesday so felt she should’ve informed us! As property renters ourselves we would not have allowed this and would put paying guests first. I was kept awake until 3am which spoiled the following family day. Glad the rest of our family stayed elsewhere as the grandchildren would have been up all night too!

The property is located in small and narrow street. It is difficult to turn around the car. The sandy beach is very small and very crowded. The wifi is from restaurant near and it is available only on the balcony. Also has very poor conection. Often has no internet. The mattress is very soft. The air condition does not cool as ut should.
