Would have liked to be closer to old town (about 30 minute walk).Although Uber/Bolt easy to obtain.

Spacious modern apartment. Well equipped and very clean. Bed large and comfortable. Lovely pool and quiet. Handy terrace area to sit with evening drinks or breakfast. 10 minute walk to beach and a few great restaurants nearby plus a supermarket. Great A/C which was very welcome in 36 degree heat 🥵 Owners live in top apartment and other two apartments occupied. Friendly but felt adequate amount of privacy at the same time. Ideal break for my husband and I. Couldn't fault it 😎

We loved our stay at this apartment! The swimming pool was a highlight, perfect for relaxing. It’s fully equipped with a washing machine and ideally located—super close to Kolovare Beach, the supermarket and some stores. The intercity bus station is also only a 200m walk and took us to Split, Sibenic and Stari grad swiftly. Clean, comfortable, and just as described. Highly recommended!

location of the apartment in the very center of ZADAR. nearby there are shops and a beautiful promenade. apartment in which nothing was missing. amazing pool area ! the owners were very nice and helpful.

Close to bus station so easy to get to from airport. Apartment 1 is next to pool so walk straight out. Apartment was spacious and immaculate. Pool was well maintained and spotless

The appartment and pool were great! The windows have mosquitoscreens, very nice. The accommodation only has 3 appartments, so it is very quiet, most times I had the pool for myself! Poolwater very nice and shade and sun to choose. Good poolbeds. Friendly hosts (parents of the owner live above). Big supermarket at 200m. Walk to old town 15-20 minutes (or use UBER). Central busstation accross the road. Great clean appartment with everything you need. The owners let me stay in the pool area after my stay, very nice. Photos are correct.

Location, location was perfect. Stayed in apartment no 1, which was ground level and right beside the pool. 20 minutes walk to old town. Lovely and peaceful. I loved it, highly recommended it.

A very clean property. Close to all amenities such as a supermarket, bus station and restaurant and the beach and old town were in walking distance. Nicely maintained pool.

Fabulous stay at Pool House Luka. Super lovely family run Guesthouse, grounds were pristine and of course great pool. Proximity to beach also excellent.

We had a fantastic stay at LUKA. The apartments were exceptionally clean and comfortable with all useful amenities. The location was just perfect for us with a short walking distance to the beach, town centre and the main bus station. The host Marija and her parents were very kind and helpful. We loved everything, especially our afternoons spent by the pool. We will be definitely coming back :)

We returned to a different department in apartment three and it was equally nice. note however the apartment two has a smart TV and therefore the option on Netflix etc if you have an account, but apartment three has Standard tv, the owners Were very kind and let us store our bags when we had to check out awhile before our trip back to the airport, the apartment is so well situated close to the beach ,supermarket ,bus station and the excellent Kuzina restaurant only 200 m away. the pool is lovely and heated has plenty of some lounges we had it to ourselves for the whole time we were there. We will highly recommend this to friends and family.

The sofa angle in appt 2 makes tv viewing a little uncomfortable. A foot stool would be a good addition , maybe thicker cushions for the sunbeds , but we loved it so these are not complaints and we are going back soon.

The apartments are lovely, clean and smart . The pool space very nice too . Really convenient for beach , bus station( if going to Plitvice for example ) , next to a large supermarket and a 15-20 min walk to the old town. Great restaurant Kuzina 200 m away,Very well kept grounds . A little oasis from the hustle and bustle

Lovely facilities and had everything you needed. Host and family are very friendly. We were sorry to leave as we had the best time. We hope to visit again. The apartments have a patio area with covering which is fantastic to have breakfast or lunch. Location is brilliant, 5 minutes to the beach, about 10 to the old town.

The pool seems deep and are not ideal for non swimmers like my wife.

A great area to stay as everything you could ask for is right by the step. Bus station and market 3 mins walk. Beaches 7 mins and old town 15mins walk. We thoroughly enjoy our short stay. Host are also friendly and helpful. Apartment tidy and fully equipped of what we need.

Not many downsides. We thought there would be a hot tub as described on the booking page, but I think it was a reference to the pool being heated (which was great btw!). We had to ask for towels instead of them being available in the apartment on arrival, but we received them very quickly. Basically no real downsides to this apartment.

Great apartment with a lovely garden and pool. The location is pretty nice as well, small walk to the city center/seaside, two minute walk from the bus station and big stores.

Very little hot water - not enough for 2 of us to shower after each other.

No sign of anyone on arrival with the keys but after a quick phonecall, the owner arrived in less than 2 mins with our keys, so no problem at all. Apartment and pool, both lovely and clean, comfy bed. Would definitely return.

My only criticism is that it was so difficult to find in the dark when we arrived by taxi. There is no sign saying Pool House Luka and when we recognised the building and entered we couldn’t find where the main entrance was to get help. We had to call the owner. He came immediately and after that we had no more problems. A lovely family run property.

The decor, the comfortable bed. The cleanliness and the pool. Also fabulous location for old town and the beach.
