The only downside is that the apartment is part of a house where the landlady also lives, along with other rental units nearby, so there’s a bit less privacy. Still, a good place for a short stay – would recommend! We had our own apartment with a private entrance, bathroom, and kitchen, so there should be no confusion about that.

Studio is very small, hardly big enough for one. The table and chairs on the terrace are meant for all rooms, not just this one.

Studio was very clean and the owner was very nice. She offered me some local fruit from her garden. Location at the edge of the city center. A view of the garden and the forest from the room and away from the busy street. Close to the bus and train station. Close to the bus stop to the beach. A small (and expensive) market close by.

This place is nice! The owner is very friendly ( she can speak English and German ) The location of the property is very convenience. Close to Bus station (also Flixbus) 150 meters away from small supermarket (Studenac) Also close to the beach 👍

The host is very kind and helpful! She told us about the best beaches in Pula, events etc. There was like a home, very comfy, peaceful. In room is everything what you need: good WiFi, switches, small kitchen even TV if you wanna see what is in Croatian TV. You can also sit in the garden and drink coffee or spend time there in warm evening. There is a parking so you don’t have to spent money to others parking and the city center is very close! Coffe, groceries, bakery is about 3-8 min. from the accommodation.

The host was very nice and helpful, the room was cosy and clean. We had a room with the window to the back of the house and it was calm, even though the house is in a busy street.

1. **Limited Parking**: Parking was free but very limited, accommodating only 4-5 cars. You'd be lucky to find a free space. 2. **Inaccurate Photos**: The photos of the room on the booking site didn't quite match what we got, which was a bit disappointing. 3. **Shower Issues**: The shower lacked a curtain, causing the entire bathroom to get wet whenever we used it. 4. **Noise**: It was a bit loud in the morning as other tourists were leaving, which disturbed our sleep. 5. **Price**: Despite the great location, I personally think the price was higher than it should be for what we got. I've had better accommodations in the past for the price of 120 euros.

Two double beds on the upper floor would be perfect for our family.

Imagine that you are in the countryside and yet you are in the very city center. For a couple, this couldn't be better. There is a beautiful garden where you can enjoy your stay. From the terrace the view to the pine woods where beneath desert roses grow is worth like a million $... Ljiljana, just the perfect host. Thank you Ljiljo for everything!

This is a lovely and confortable place. Both Ljiljana and Nensi are so welcoming and kind and the coffees that have provided me with are lovely! It is a great location as it’s close to the bus station and I got to admire the Amphitheater every time I was moving towards town. Fantastic hosts and very welcoming. The Wi-Fi is really good here too so I was even eable to video my family back at home There is a TV and the garden out back looks really nice to relax and enjoy a coffee

We did not have breakfast included, but we could ask for coffee whenever we wanted. Our host was truly a very nice and warm person and she helped us with any concern we had. That was the best thing for us. She even gave us a bottle of wine upon arrival! Truly a great woman

Mrs Ljiljana is the kindest person ever.She has wonderful ,super clean apartments very close to the center of Pula.Once we arrived she provided us with some important info in regards to where to go,where to leave the car etc. Totally recommend her apartments no matter whether you are traveling for work or holidays with family or friends. Would definitely be back and stay there. Loved having a coffee at her beautiful and well maintained garden!Mrs Ljiljana thank you for everything!
