I liked everything. The hosts were very friendly, they gave us even mosquito spray, the location was near very beautiful beaches and also not that far from the beginning of the old city, the balkon is very cute. Beds were comfortable and there was everything provided for cooking!! Also very clean! If we ever come back to Zadar again, would love to be at this place 🍀❤️

Great value. Good size accommodation in a quiet and safe location. We stayed here for 4 nights, and could also cook meals in the kitchen to enjoy eating in our private balcony with some local wine gifted by our hosts - thank you Marisol and family for the warm welcome stay.

I did like the place was safe and close to the old town. The door and gate were locked. The place itself was clean and cosy. Very quick responses from the owner. The owners are nice, and they also offer an airport shuttle.

Everything was perfect for us so there is nothing.

The hosts were very kind and friendly. The location of the apartments are very good, close to the beaches. The apartments are well equipped. In the yard (which is also very nice especially during night) there was a place where we could hang out and have fun. For us this place was everything that we needed.

All was good - slight niggle was locking and unlocking of front gate each time we entered, maybe would be better with an electronic system.

Perfect location, near to bus station, main ferry port and the old town of Zadar, clean and comfortable, well equipped small kitchen area, good shower , balcony overlooking garden . Host very friendly and even provided complimentary bottle of wine and water, most appreciated!

There’s nothing not to like except if you don’t like walking it’s a little far to the old town by foot. But I walk everywhere so for me personally this wasn’t an issue.

The property is stunning, very clean, super well maintained and the garden is beautiful, the HOSTS were amazing and very friendly. After I checked in they left and I had a minor issue with a door, I called them on the intercom and they came down and resolved it straight away, turns out I was being silly but I didn’t want to force it closed :( I also bumped into what I believe is there son walking his dog a few times In the evening, He was also super friendly. It’s right opposite the ocean. If you come out the property’s front gate and take a right follow the path and it goes along the coastal path to the old town, around 30 mins, it’s a beautiful walk and watching the sunset was amazing. Zadar is absolutely stunning and this place does it justice. Would I return here when coming back to Zadar, 100% YES !!!

A great place very close to the beach, the city centre is easily reachable. All the facilities at the place are present, and the hosts are really helpful and kind. I would definitely recommend this appartment and concluding my fat review with a fat 10.

Only having one key proved a bit of an issue with the property gate . My partner got locked out when popping to the shop( I was out ) I also found the many tortoises in the garden were an issue . I love animals but the sounds of them mating every afternoon for extended periods was actually quite unpleasant.

The public terrace was right in front of the balcony. {The hosts have claimed that this is a lie, so i'm rewriting my review, providing a balcony view} The promised "sea view" was in fact an occasional, very distant and often obstructed glimpse of the sea water of the miniscule inner marina, since the open sea was found on the other side of the peninsula. Quite chilly due to switched off central heating, and the AC-unit needed hours to make the room lukewarm. {This last point was only a minor nuisance, but the hosts raved on about that, stating that "Your comment is totally off the charts"}. They replied "1 there is no public terrace that information is false {Again, just look at the view with with a table and chairs right in front of my balcony.} 2. As you well know, we had every right to charge you for air conditioning, but we didn't. {When i arrived i was TOLD to use the AC if necessary.} 3. You used the air conditioning 24 hours a day {No, i didn't - only between afternoon and bedtime, since it was quite ineffective}. My question is why you did not have the courtesy to speak to us personally when we asked if everything was ok and you always said yes {during my stay i was only asked once - when checking out - and replying to the final question "if everything was ok?" i was only affirming that nothing in the apartment had been damaged by me}. As my 7/10-score shows, this is a very good accomodation, but let's be real! It is not the Ritz (in the 9-10/10-range). I don't understand why the hosts replied in such a spiteful way, as i only pointed out a few errors and liked everything else. I have written MANY reviews and NEVER lied - why should i?

The balcony was nice and peaceful (when nobody was using the public terrace right in front of it). The kitchenette was well-equipped and the bed was comfy.
