The host Nikolina, her brother (the perfect gentleman) gave my partner a bottle of wine with sparkling water and two cups of ice after we misplaced our shopping one night 🤗, her mum gave us homemade apple pie, home brewed liquor & brandy and even washed clothes for us, they are the nicest family. They made us feel so welcome and went beyond hosts with their kindness to us...we will definitely return to this apartment in the future 🙏

There is a flight path behind the house, so if you're a light sleeper, it's a good idea to bring earplugs. Planes start flying around 5:30–6:00 in the morning, but fortunately, there are no flights at night. We stayed in a two-room unit with a bedroom and a living room with a kitchen. The air conditioner is mounted above the entrance door and mainly cools the living room, so the bedroom was a bit too warm.

The host was friendly and caring. Everything was spotlessly clean. The room was well equipped, with a large balcony and a stunning sea view.

Nothing we didn't like:- although I think it's worth a mention that it is at the top of a long hill from Cavtat Centre. We enjoyed the walk down but got the number 10 bus back every day. Again it didn't bother us but the apartment we chose was at the top of the building which was a little bit of a struggle with the baby/pushchair/suitcases etc however this is outweighed by the beautiful views from the balcony. Saying this, it wouldn't stop us staying again as we enjoyed it that much.

The apartment was lovely and clean with unreal views. The hosts were absolutely amazing, they went above and beyond to help. We ran out of reflux baby milk and after not having any luck getting any ourself, the host went out and got us some and wouldn't accept any money, she was happy to help. We also had juice, water and chocolate on arrival, they left us home made strudel during the stay which was lovely and on departing they sent us home with 2 lovely bottles, 1 a brandy for my husband and a second 'something sweeter' for me. Even if the apartment wasn't lovely, it's a lovely place to stay because you are made to feel so welcome.

I knew when I booked there was a 20 minute walk into town which could take longer in the heat and when walking back uphill. The number 10 bus is used by lots of people to make the walk easier. I would book a sea room view next time.

Upon arriving we were greeted by Stella who took us to our room and offered to be contacted with any questions anytime. The apartment was very clean with all necessities and a good sized kitchen for two people. It was a 900m walk from the Cavtat main town square with quite a significant uphill so would recommend catching a taxi if you have a lot of luggage. The hosts had gifted us homemade apple pie as well as juice and chocolate on the fridge. They also gave us a parting gift of homemade spirits.

Not something that bothered us but it is a long walk uphill to the accommodation, something to consider if you have older people in your group.

Apartment was lovely, clean and much bigger than the pictures made it seem! The view from the balcony was amazing. We loved staying here and hope to be back again in the future. The host left us with parting gifts of homemade brandy and liquor!

Beautiful modern spacious well equipped apartment. Lots of outdoor space with amazing views. The host Stella and her family were fantastic! Stella’s home baked Strudel was delicious . Also departure we were presented with presents off Homemade brandy and liquor. Will return here in future. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Apartments Konavoka. The apartment was spacious with an impressively stylish interior. Quality in all details! And very clean! The apartment was modern and very clean. The bed was very comfy. We had a lovely relaxing stay. The host was very friendly and helpful. She made us some homemade apple strudel during our stay which was a lovely gesture. We hired a car for the week and it came in very useful as it was 30 degrees most days and the walk back up the hill would have been a struggle at the end of the day.

Just a hard walk uphill from Cavtat but bus to first stop made it manageable.

We arranged collection from the airport by owners and all went very well. The apartment is clean and has all you need for your stay in Cavtat. The host and in particular her mother made sure they lived up to their motto of “home away from home”. She made sure we had all we needed including changes of towels and sheets, homemade strudel and also a gift when leaving. The views from this location are spectacular. Our only downside was the location as it’s a 20min walk uphill from Cavtat.

We were very pleased. A place where you want to return. The owners are kind and pleasant people. The apartment is in perfect condition. The view from the loggia was on one side to the sea, on the other to the mountains. Everything was great!

Extremely comfortable and the view from the balcony in our particular apartment was amazing (we could see all the way to Dubrovnik!). If you don't mind the 20 min walk to and from Cavtat centre, this apartment is a perfect peaceful base to get you out of the busy centre. The bus stop and a grocery shop are only a 10 mins walk down the road. The bed was very comfortable, good shower, comfy sofa and all very clean. The host was very friendly and made us feel very welcome. Would definitely recommend.

There is absolutely nothing at all to dislike ,but as we are coffee enthusiasts,we would love a perculator/coffee machine in the rooms.

I booked this as it had space for 9 people. Our party was myself and my husband from the UK and 7 of my family from Finland . Konavoka had space and availability i needed . I expected it to be nice ,but i had no idea that the apartments we hired would be so spacious,so comfortable,so clean and with breathtaking amazing views .I cannot fault anything and quite frankly i don’t understand how anyone could rate this place less than 10/10! The owner living downstairs is absolutely wonderful.As someone else had mentioned before,she truly cares about your stay and that you are comfortable. We got some lovely baked strudel’s delivered to us and even some gifts for when we left. What a wonderful,caring woman she is. Walk down to the harbour and beaches is really nice.We all managed it,including my 83 year old mum and dad. Coming back up some of us used Uber and local taxis.Not a problem.I walked back everyday and enjoyed getting fitter by the day. Next time we come to Cavtat we look no further than Apartments Konavoka!Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

We stayed with family in Konavoka apartment for 10 days and these were amazing holidays! The 2-bedroom apartment is very clean and nice with a terrific sea view from the balcony and a terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you may need for cooking and enjoying dinners on the terrace. Almost all day, the fresh air comes from the open windows making the use of air conditioner unnecessary. The apartment is situated in the quite place on the hill of the Cavtat, with around 15-20 min walk to the beach and Cavtat port with many restaurants and cafes. The airport is 10 min ride (70 HRK by Uber or Bolt), but the planes do not bring any discomfort. The nearest shop is just 7 min walk and downhill, not far from the sea you may find the small market with fresh vegetables, fish and sea products. The hosts are amazing! They made our stay very comfortable and pleasant. Besides keeping the apartment clean and regularly changing towels and bed linen, they provided us with homemade strudel or fruits. Check-in and checkout was very smooth. When we were leaving our hosts even gave us small and very tasty presents. Thanks a lot for the great stay! We will definitely come again ;)
