We found what we were looking for in Kiara for a pleasant Adriatic vacation. Well-located, sophisticated family accommodation with private parking, direct waterfront, private beach, wonderful view, peace, restaurants and shopping nearby. We would like to return to our lovely hosts next year.

Wonderful apartment with dreamy location near Zadar and super kind owner. Everything was perfect, the apartment is modern and clean, equipped with all essentials and you have the most stunning view on the sea from the balcony. Going swimming it's only a few meters away. The perfect location to wind down, enjoy some quietness and still near to Bibinje/Zadar center and the airport. Highly recommend! Thank you so much for being such a kind host, we had a relaxing stay in the apartment

The location- you walk straight from the appartment to the sea in about 5 metres. Sitting on the terrace is like being on the deck of a boat.

The accommodation is truly wonderful! Your balcony view is perfect, you have a patch of grass between the balcony and water where sunbeds are provided. It takes 30 seconds to be in the water! The area was perfect for us: The house is in a quiet and calm area, with lots of couples and families on vacation. The house is 20 minutes walk from a cute little town with great cafes, restaurants and a couple of beach bars. There were much fewer people in this area than Zadar, yet it was only 20 minutes drive and a cheap Taxi to get to Zadar. The accommodation is truly perfect if you want a relaxing vacation on the water. The hosts were always available, accommodating and lovely but never intrusive.

It is a wonderful place, very quiet with a lovely garden- and you can directly jump into the water! The owners are very polite, everything is clean and nice!

Our staying here was more than amazing. If you are tired of a big city's noise and rush and looking for some quiet and calm place to hide and relax, this is the right place to choose. The hosts are extremely nice and welcoming. You can feel that they are people who really care. The apartment is very clean, cosy and comfy. Of course, the main highlight here is two steps distance to the sea. You don't need to wake up early to go to the beach looking for the best place, you already have this best place reserved only for you. Definitely, if we come to Bibinje again, our choice is obvious. Thank you so much for everything!

This is the best spot in Bibinje for holidays. Apartment was so spacious and well equipped. The AC worked great too! Owners are so kind and helpful. Private sea entry and beautiful garden to relax on. All just great! Within a walking distance there is a beach and restaurants, which we really liked. SPAR grocery store is about 1,5km away, so is another beach with aqua park :)

Incredible! Absolutely everything: location, convenience, furnishings, and, of course, the owners. Relaxing in these apartments is like getting into a private luxury villa - you have your own access to the sea, a beautiful view from your window 24/7, sea aroma and waves sound under which you have breakfast, lunch, dinner and fall asleep. The rooms are equipped with comfortable retractable mosquito nets - no one will disturb you. The owners are the ninjas of your peace and relaxation - they are always ready to help, but you don't even notice their presence) Only charm! We've been to a little paradise! The only negative is that you won't want to leave here forever, because it's too good to be true)

We were impressed by the quietness of the zone, it was very calm and a very good place to relax. The room and the bathroom were very clean and spacious. We had also sea beds and umbrellas. One of the best thing that we experienced was to make our coffee in the morning in the kitchenette, and drink it on the balcony while viewing the calm sea. Next time we are coming to Croatia we will be back in the same place

Absolutely no complaints :)

Amazing location, apartment and hosts! My sister and I stayed in a studio which was really spacious and nicely decorated with everything one needs during a vacation. We were also provided with sunbeds and umbrellas. The balcony has an amazing view just a few steps from the sea. We also liked how quiet and private it was :)
