The beds was a little to hard for my taste, but still ok.

Everything you need for a nice holiday. Washing machine for your clothes was a big plus for us. Perfect located close to the beach. Marco was a very nice and helpful host.

The hosts were exceptional, very helpful and kind. They showed us all the best spots to visit in Split and pointed out the nearest facilities. I would highly recommend staying here

Our stay was great! Marko arranged transportation from and to the airport. He also greeted us on arrival and cold drinks awaited us in the apartment. He also came to say good bye on departure. The apartment was very clean. Plenty of towels and kitchen utilities. A special plus, which we really appreciated was being allowed to stay longer on departure date as we had a late flight. But this was of course as no one was arriving the day after. We totally recommend this place 😊

I already knew there was construction in the area but there is a lot which means no footpaths in places. It's also quite far from any central area. We had a car or got an uber so it wasn't a problem for us but something to be mindful of.

The apartment is very spacious with two bathrooms, three toilets and a very comfortable large sofa and dining area. 4 adults and a child and we never felt on top of each other. The patio is really lovely with direct access to the pool

We loved everything!!!!

Absolutely fabulous! Very modern, beds big and very comfortable, very clean, big bathroom and 2 toilets in the apartment. Spacious bedroom and living space. Outside seating area with table ideal for dining al fresco and coffee. Kitchen is modern and with all you need to prepare any meal you like 😁 Very clean and lovely swimming pool, surrounded by nice plants. BBQ space , plenty of tables and sunbathing chairs with umbrellas. Stunning sea views. Marko is a super host! Well organised airport transfer and fabulous hospitality.

There wasn't a lot of hot water so we had to plan who could shower at which time. Some of the cooking units didn't function at all times.

We really liked the host and the way he treated us. We arrived very late, but were still able to check in. Furthermore, we were able to check out later than we originally should, because the host thought with us.

The beautiful location, the pool, the comfortable spacious apartments, how clean it was. How there were 2 toilets in the apartment. A kitchen table and a table outside. How kind the staff were. How there was a washing machine with washing powder provided. How there was a clothes horse provided.

This property was spotless clean the moment we arrived with everything we needed waiting for us on the apartment. Marko was the most excellent and helpful member of staff to us all whenever we needed anything. Would love to come back here again and would recommend to anyone!!

If better then slightly closer to city center

Nice Apartments for family and friends. Really nice host that supported with everything that was needed. The location will be much better when the construction of the new beach facilities are done

Very modern and well equipped apartment. Marko, the host was great! Very helpful and communicative. The apartment is very close to the beach which is under construction this year , but it had a little part which was open, so when we wanted to go for a swim, we could, it was 5 minutes away. We could use Uber to get to the city center. So all together we like this place a lot.

There is construction work going on which makes some parts of the beach inaccessible but when it’s finished in 2025 I think the beach will be very good, especially for families. We didn’t find any restaurants really close to the appartment but that was not a big deal for us; when we wanted to eat out we went to restaurants closer to or in central Split.

The owners were very friendly and always helpful. We had a ground floor apartment with a nice well shaded patio and very convenient access to the pool area. The apartment was very well equipped. Small grocery store within 7 minutes walking distance. Bus terminus 100 meters from the apartment. Tickets are 1 euro if you use the local public transit app. We used the bus most days of our stay to get into central Split. You can also walk along the beach 5 km to get there but it was very hot. However in the evenings when it was slightly cooler we walked there. We also took busline 12 to get to a nice shaded beach in the Marjan area, where we also went for some walks in the forest.

Lovely place, all super new and amazing staff. Marko and his wife are super friendly. The apartment is new and full of great extras such us kettler, toaster, sofa bed, extra toilet paper, all the towels you want, 2 tvs, satellite tv channels, small terrace, swimming pool accessible all day, storage room, 2 toilets, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and freezer. We had an early checking and we could start our journey early morning. The apartment is very well located in front of the beach and well connected to the city center by bus just outside the apartment.

A lot of development around the area. Beach closed off as a result. But apartment made up for this. The only suggestion i would have is that the sunbeds bit hard and sunbed cushions would have made them more comfortable. Otherwise it was the best apartment I have ever stayed in.

Excellent apartment with all services towels hob oven washing machine dishwasher all cooking utensils coffee machine as well as milk and beers in fridge when we arrived. Lovely pool with sunbeds,table and chairs for outside apartment for outdoor dining. Used uber for trips to town which was 10mins away or could use bus which was 5min walk to bus stop. Marko most helpful even offered use of apartment for the day as we had night flight. Lovely quiet safe area not suitable for those who want to be in the centre of nightlife. Shop 7min walk away. Restaurant nearby wasn't open as it early in season so can't comment on that. Nice cafe bar 10 min walk along seafront which had lovely desserts and coffee and nice atmosphere to finish off our evenings. Can't remember name but begins with K

Fantastic set up, lovely pool and garden space. Apartment was very comfortable with fantastic facilities, washing machine and clothes dryer were real bonuses. Really well located, close to beach and frequent bus service into town.

Location wise great for a relaxing holiday. Great views from the apartments. Some nice restaurants nearby. Local supermarkets just round the corner. Host Marko was very helpful. Don't need hairdryer as the one in the apartment is super. Only 10 minutes to the town for the hustle bustle. Uber and public transport cheap and easy to use.

Franco and his son Rocco were both friendly and very helpful. Though the property was a little out from the “Old Town “ it was easy and cheap to connect using either Uber or the local bus. The pool and surrounding area was convenient and well looked after.

It was really a great pleasure to stay there. Everything was clean and bright. Beautiful seaview from the balcony, a lot of olive trees, green bushes, flowers. The Sea was located 5 minutes from the apartment which is very comfortable for families with children. Also there is a BBQ in front of the apartment and there we spent some evenings grilling sausages and marshmallows with children and admiring sunsets! It takes 30-40 minutes to get to the historical part of the Split by walking along the seaside, you can also rent a bike there. Marco was very polite and helpful. So in conclusions no doubt it was the best place and time for the family of 4.
