You have to cross a very busy road, which also lacks sidewalks some parts. Not ideal if you want your children (age 7-13) to go by themselves somewhere. We stayed 8 nights, but had to ask for our room to be cleaned during our stay.

Very nice pool and not too crowded either. New pool towels every day. A short walk away from the beach and a huge shoppingmall.

There’s some areas that could benefit from some basic maintenance.

The pool is lovely as it is so hot in July. The gardens and communal space are great too. The hosts and staff are very friendly and helpful. The towels for the pool are a nice touch. Beds are really comfortable. Good air conditioning and very hot water. Kitchen well equipped and little extras like salt, pepper, sugar and oil really helps.

I stayed at Villa Mlini for 10 days and had a wonderful experience. The villa offers excellent facilities and was impeccably clean throughout our stay. Everything we needed was available, making it feel like a true home away from home. The location is perfect—just a 5-minute walk to both the beach and a supermarket, which made daily errands and relaxing beach trips incredibly convenient. The peaceful atmosphere of Mlini was ideal for a relaxing getaway, yet it was still easy to reach nearby attractions when we wanted to explore. I highly recommend Villa Mlini to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-equipped place to stay in Croatia. Would definitely return!.

Lovely hosts, responsive. The room is decent size, small kitchenette, large balcony overlooking the pool. The bed was really comfortable. It is quite basic accommodation, like many before have written, but clean and great value for money. The pool is great, the lush gardens surrounding the pool and the house just magnificent. It is next to a busy street, but I did not find it a problem, as there were so many sounds from birds, that I did not mind the traffic noise. Bus stops taking you to Dubrovnik and Cavtat are few minutes walk. So it the shopping centre with big Konzum (groceries) which is convenient. Great beaches within 10 - 15 walk, same for cafes/restaurants. Marijana, the owner, offered late check out as no one was coming that day, much appreciated. Would go back.

The pool was nice and as Croatia and Dubrovnik is expensive, this is fairly good value 8 km outside Dubrovnik with a pool and 500 m from the beach. The no 10 bus passes nearby until 1am so it links the accommodation with Dubrovnik old town- if you want to go in some nights.,

Our apartment wasn’t cleaned for the whole 6 days. We brushed and mopped ourselves. This wasn’t a problem for us but I’m sure for some people that wud b a problem.

This place exceedes our expectations, Rooms were great, plenty of room, clean and had everything we needed. We had 2 rooms and personally preferred the position of the ground floor. The pool area is beautiful and relaxing, The little hammock area is super cute and the perfect place to chill out of the sun. We found it to be the perfect location to be based, easy access to other places like dubrovnik or cavtat as on the road straight through but also literally a short walk down the the beach front of srebreno. Definitely would recommend and would stay here again . THANK YOU !!

The walls are a little thin so we could hear what the group of louder, younger and more adventurous ladies in the room adjacent to ours were doing - especially when they came home in the early hours. The vicinity to the main road was not a problem, but be warned if travelling with young children that there is no footpath for around 30 yards if heading down the hill.

It is exactly what we had expected: cheap, clean and well managed. A nice clean pool, good facilities and very pleasant staff.

Accommodation is a little basic but clean. The location is close to resort centre but the main road can be tricky to cross safely. Near to great restaurants; Ruzmarin and Cafe Maison. Shopping centre is close by and the beach is the best in the region. Dubrovnik and Cavtat easily accessible vi's 15 euro return ferry boats. Really pleased to have chosen Mlini as our base.

Wifi signal was down, but it was enough at our place! Not fast but enough to use

The best was the garden. It is huge, there are many many beautiful flowers, palm trees, citrus trees, kiwi and so. We loved the pool, my kids didnt want to came out at all. At night we were hangig out at the big terrace, where was a big tv, tables and a billiard table. I loved the whole area. The staff is more than perfect! Everybody is so kind!❤️

I didn’t like that we actually booked a 2 bedroom appartment but got and paid for (without complaint )2 seperate rooms?!

The property was lovely.. really enjoyed our stay there! The lady of the house understood and spoke English.. the man of the house not so much but was still very friendly and worked from morning til night! The pool was a huge bonus as the street leading to the sea was crazy busy allll the time and quite dangerous. The pool area and garden were soo beautifully maintained.. a real oasis on a busy road! The towels fresh ( really fresh smelling) every morning on free sunbeds with free available sun umbrellas really made the stay here very enjoyable.

Most of my communication with Ana was done through the booking.com app message function as there was rarely anyone in reception so was down to whether you saw Ana round and about. It worked for me mostly but only thing that could have made it perfect was if they helped you know how to reach them when they aren't at reception. Also the WiFi was a bit hit and miss, especially in the evening, but was mostly fine

Location the dream! 15 minute boat 15euro return to Dubrovnik or 20min bus for 2euro each way (my monzo on my phone didn't work on either so best get cash for those). Lovely restaurants and beachfront bars and supermarkets within 5min walk. Loved Lorenco restaurant. It was so nice to be close enough to visit Dubrovnik but staying somewhere quiet and relaxing with a pool outside. The pool was lush, fresh pool towels provided every morning. Room was basic but everything we needed. We even had an extra bed in the lounge which my friend stayed on when she came for a few days. Ana was very friendly and helpful. When I struggled to sleep with just a sheet they provided a thin duvet for me the next day. There were signs saying no inflatables but I asked Ana if I could use my lilo and she was very happy and relaxed. We also used the bbq - had to clean from previous guests but also use their charcoal so it worked out. Seemed to be a stock of firelighters. A communal kitchen and bathroom in addition to the one in our room - if you're going hand luggage only make sure you look here for shower gel, aftersun, Suncream etc left by other guests before you buy! We missed a trick there.

If you are a light sleeper as me, you will find it hard to sleep due to the light that comes in and the noises from the cars (since it is located in a busy main road).

Very well located, out of the massive tourist zone in Dubrovnik. The property has a well equipped kitchen where we could prepare our meals. The staffs are kind and try to help. The pool is clean and big. Beaches, supermarket, restaurants and mall close.

Perfect spot for a 6 night stay just outside of the main part of Dubrovnik! Approximately 15mins by taxi to the main gate of old Town! The villa was very clean and well equipped, having pretty much everything you would need to enjoy coffee and a light breakfast or lunch without having to go to a Cafe. If you wanted to prepare dinner, I personally would need a few more utensils, pots, etc. The owners - Marajana and Mato were lovely and were always quick to respond to any request or question. We were in touch well before my trip and they answered all my questions quickly! Marajana came and picked me up from the airport and drove me to the villa, showing me the area and pointing out things on the way! You can tell that they love their villa and it shows in how well they care for it and how much work they do to keep it maintained and clean. I would definitely stay here again and will be informing family and friends that this is a wonderful spot, when travelling to Dubrovnik.
