There is an adjoining balcony with the property next door, and would have been nice to have had a bit more of a separator between the two for some privacy. Also, there is a bit of a steep uphill walk from the town. Otherwise, we loved everything about this place!

The view was exceptional!!! Absolutely stunning. It’s wonderful to sit on the balcony which was spacious, and we loved watching the planes fly over as it was very close to the airport. The property is located close to the main town including the restaurants, convenience store, and the bus station. It was very clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The host was very responsive and friendly who spoke good English. We liked having access to a washing machine and iron/ironing board.

The only downside side would be if you had mobility issues as there was quite a steep climb up to it and about 50 steps as we were on the top floor.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. Fresh towels were delivered every two days and the apartment was cleaned after a week and the bedding was changed. The apartment was in a great location, only 5 minutes walk from the town and the view from the balcony was fantastic.

There was nothing we didn't like!

The meet and greet upon arrival was easy and as planned. The accommodation is very well presented throughout, has a modern feel, and is spotless. The pictures don't do it justice! And wow, what amazing views from the balcony. Location is perfect, less than 5 minutes from the centre of Cavtat and around a 15-minute taxi ride to the airport. Superb holiday 👌. Hope to be able to return one day!

Central location and apartment is well equipped with lovely views.There are 4 apartments in the block No1,3 and 4 had larger balconies than ours,not a problem but others are bigger so ask for them on booking.Owner very helpful and lives in lower apartment if needed.

Everything was brilliant.

Mihaela met us with the keys. Very efficient and on time. Bonus that we got in to the apartment early. Met both of the owners now as well as Mihaela and they are all lovely. This is our 2nd time to stay here. The apartment is spotless and the views from the upper apartment are spectacular. We cannot fault this place. Close to town center and to all the eating places, bakers, supermarket etc.

We used the hosts for a transfer from the airport, who took us straight to the apartment where we were met by Michaela, she was very informative gave us lots of info on what to do and places to visit. The apartment is in an excellent location, very quiet and the views were amazing! Small supermarket at the bottom of the street next to 2 excellent bakery's! We didn't cook at all at the apartment as there's so many amazing restaurants and cafes within 5 mins walk. Would definitely recommend and we will be back!

We felt that it had great facilities and there was nothing that we didn't like. Suggestions would be a toaster, can't beat a slice of toast! A property manual on how things worked, I turned the boiler off without realising what the switch was for. It could also be used to give details of places to eat, where to find the post office, pharmacy and supermarkets etc. These are only suggestions as we couldn't fault the apartments at all.

The apartment was in a fabulous location less than 100m from the town and bay. It was very clean with amazing views over Cavtat from the balcony even at night. It had good facilities and a shared laundry room with a washing machine, which we used, and an iron and ironing board set up to use. Towels were changed every 2 days. They organised the return taxi transfers for us and were extremely helpful before we arrived answering questions and whilst we were there. I would definitely recommend Apartments Dadic for its cleanliness and location! The apartment is located up a steep incline and then there are 52 steps to the top floor apartment so may not be suitable for anyone with walking difficulties. Dubrovnik Old Town could be seen across the bay, the boat ferries operate every half an hour €20 return, definitely worth a visit. Cavtat has a lovely chilled feel to it great for a relaxing break with plenty of bars and places to eat.

The cooker only has 2 burners and there is not much space to cook if one wanted to prepare a meal.

The agency that managed the property is excellent. Comms were easy and sufficient. The agency met us at the property, though we kept on changing the arrival time (due to unpredictability of border crossing with Montenegro), they recommended best restaurants in the area and offered other useful information and services (parking for the car). The apartment itself has the best views in Cavtat. The facilities in the apartment are good too. Everything works and seems to be new.

Can’t think of anything negative to say about the property.

A fantastic apartment with stunning views over the two bays. From start to finish the communication with the apartment was brilliant and they answered queries promptly and booked airport transfers for us making arrival and departure easy. We were met by Mato the owner who was very helpful and friendly and who helped us carry our suitcases up the stairs to our apartment on the top floor. The apartment is a short 6/7 min walk from the centre of Cavtat up a short hill. The apartment was very well equipped, comfortable and was spotlessly clean. It had everything you needed to enjoy a self catering holiday with a stovetop and microwave if you wanted to prepare light meals. The wi-fi was excellent and it had a TV with satellite channels and Netflix on there. It has air conditioning in the living room which worked well. There is no air-con in the bedroom, however we did not find this a problem at all. We visited in June/July when the weather was very warm and found that if we left the living room and bedroom doors open the bedroom was lovely and cool also. The views and sunsets from our apartment were breathtaking and it was well worth paying for the upper apartment because of these. Would highly recommend these apartments and we will definitely look to book again in the future. Cavtat itself is beautiful with lots of lovely restaurants. The water is crystal clear and great for snorkelling.

The apartment was spacious and clean, with very comfortable furniture and a bed and the largest (!) balcony. The view is stunning. It is a 5-12 min walk to various beaches (there are at least four beaches for you to choose). The perfect 20-minute walking track under the pines and the sea is indeed marvellous. Mostly, we cooked at the apartment and supermarket just 1 minute down the road.

If it was possible a sun umbrella could be a great addition to the balcony as it is very exposed. There was however a couple of issues. Prior to booking we always check as smokers if we can smoke on the balcony with of course the door/windows closed, which was not an issue. So we booked. We therefore did not expect a lecture on smoking when we arrived! Bearing in mind we are very respectful about this and checked prior. We also were reminded multiple times that was 10 o’clock even before entering the property. But all in all it was a nice place to stay and we would go back.

Amazing location close to the old town, fabulous vies and close to amenities downhill such as a supermarket, pharmacy, baker, a bank and lots of restaurants. the apartment was very clean and super comfortable. Really really nice and well appointed! A really great thing also was the availability of a washing machine and also the host organised the taxi to get back to the airport.

If we came again we might try our chances getting a taxi at the airport, we booked in advance & was told it was double time because after midnight, so e40.00 one way!!! (arrived at 1am on flight from Manchester) return was e20 at 8am on Monday morning - saw it advertised at that price elsewhere, but also as low as e14. Was only a 5 minute drive from the airport?!?

We loved Croatia and this apartment, very clean, quality facilities and the view was stunning!!! It is up a hill but only 2 mins from the centre of things- we loved it

There wasn't a toaster. But we were ok as there was a decent bakery 2 minutes walk away. :) Would have liked some shade protection especially in the evening. Umbrella?

The elevated location was outstanding and for a first time visitor the photo's don't really do it justice. The location is perfect with the restaurants and bars very close. You just need to do a small hill walk to get to the property but for anyone with a reasonable degree of fitness its not a problem. Sunsets are fantastic.
