We had an amazing stay at Apartment Belenum and will definitely return! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location — just about 7 minutes from the beach, around 10 to 15 minutes from Old Town Dubrovnik, and only 10 minutes from the beautiful town of Cavtat. It was easy to explore the area, yet peaceful and relaxing when we wanted to unwind. What made our stay even more special was the host family — incredibly kind, warm, and hospitable. We felt so welcomed and looked after, it made the experience feel like a home away from home. Honestly, everything was just so easy and enjoyable. We couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful and friendly place to stay!

No direct contact with the owners as the reservation via booking is managed by external company, no phone contact and it was a problem as our plane was delayed - it would be better to have direct phone to the owners. Small shower with no division between the toilet and shower.

Great views and pleasant location 20 mins to Dubrovnik by bus and 10 mins by car to the airport. Very good restaurant nearby (Konoba King), but you must book a table at least couple of days before. Overall we had very good stay and the owners are very helpful - it was possible to support us with the return airport transportation.

It was our best weekend getaway. The accommodation is wonderful, the owners are the best people we could meet. Very nice and accommodating in everything. The view was beautiful from the room, overlooking the sea and beautiful nature. Accommodation is a short distance from two beautiful beaches. We will definitely come back here. We felt very comfortable. Thank you

Only one thing can be improved sleeping bed. It has a sound which is not comfortable.

Very nice accommodation. Friendly owners, very clean all around. A large and cozy area, a lot of shade and places to relax. Close to the sea. Easy access to supermarkets.

The wifi connection was not great, but that was not a big issue for us

The location was great, the view was amazing. The apartment was fully equipped, clean, with air conditioning, very comfortable and with outdoors beautiful common areas. It was easy to go to the beach by foot, just be ready to walk uphill on the way back 😅. The apartment is nearby a bus stop that connects to Dubrovnik, and it’s possible as well to arrive by Ferry.

We were very comfortable at Belenum apartments. The balcony overlooked the sea, the bedroom was plenty big for two people, and having a living room with a couch and A/C was nice to sit in as well. We also had a glass of wine outside at a table in the garden. The property is lovely and well kept. The hosts were hospitable and helped us in any way they could.

I have to appreciate that the residence house owners behave more than friendly and I felt as at home, as belonging there. As far as I remember all my stays in Croatia at Njivice Krk, Malinska Krk, Milna Brač, Orebič Pelješac, 2x Stari Grad (Zadar, Paklenica) I have to point out Croatian hospitality during all times including those afterwar... And my stay at Belenum in Plat belongs to all of them.

Beautiful room within this gorgeous villa. The gardens are magnificent and it was a plus seeing the family of tortoises roaming about the place! We stayed in the Comfort Double Room - it was so lovely and comfortable, and nicely decorated - balcony fabulous, with the most amazing sea view. Little kitchenette just to the side, was very useful. We can’t praise the hosts enough - a lovely family and mum Pavica went out of her way to ensure we were happy and well catered for. Lots of steps to access the property from the car park and a fairly long walk to the beach, but this did not trouble us at all as we enjoyed the exercise! We highly recommend this wonderful property

Amazing feeling just being on the grounds. Not actually I. Mlini but In nearby town Plat, where apartment has great access to beaches with cafes. Cozy apartment where we did less to unwind so we could do more by exploring towns. Hosts are kind pleasant and eager to please.

The renting turned out to be managed by a third party agency so we couldn't communicate directly with the hosts for arrival and departure. Also it would be great if the shower could be more modernized.

The property was amazingly beautiful with lovely gardens, patios and a breathtaking view. Our apartment turned out to be a studio without cooking area but there is a public kitchen outside with two large outdoor dinning areas on the patios. The balcony is the best with a wonderful garden + sea view. The hosts were very friendly and offered us drinks and cakes. The room was clean and comfortable. There was also a shared laundry room for the guests.
