What isn't mentioned are the 250 steps from the beach up to the apartment. There's not really a functioning shower, just a handheld which doesn't reach the bracket. If the bar has live music it is really loud until pretty late.

Location is easy to find and the apartment is very comfortable and clean, with great views. It's a short walk into the city and there is a supermarket close by.

A couple of points, there isn’t really a shower just a hand held on the bath and the outside light on the balcony wasn’t working.

Great property perfect for four people in a great location. The view was fantastic. Good communication from the owner.

Lotsss of steps to get to the apartment but the steps lead straight to the beach and main road so it was worth it, you’ll definitely be out of breath though. The shower head didn’t reach the holder on the wall at the top so taking a shower one handed while holding the shower head in the other hand was annoying. The tub also seemed to leak from the bottom onto the floor. Also would‘be appreciated some more mirrors in the apartment as there was only one half body mirror in the hallway (in addition to the one in the bathroom).

The apartment is located right near Banje Beach and the main road that leads to the old town city walls. The view from the balcony is amazing and waking up the view of the sea can’t be beat. The bedrooms are a nice size, also a nice sized kitchen area.

Large bath tub but could do with shower curtain to prevent water splashing everywhere during showers. Also could do with a extractor fan in bathroom

owner provided video of how to walk into location & where the lockbox was so was very useful & clear great location as 10-15min walk into old town & theres 1 balcony that has nice view of old town & part of Banje Beach. Banje beach & convenience/bakery store within walking distance. Short walk from where car can drop off, theres short flight of steps that need to be walked down or up but not an issue if suitcase is not heavy. Kitchen was fully equipped with oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker etc, 2 large rooms were clean & air con worked. Overall apartment location & living space exceeded my expectations

No proper shower. Was a shower head on a hose in a bath, with no shower curtain so the floor got wet and slippery. No lights outside in the pathway to the room, so we had to use the torch on our phones. Could be quite dangerous. Not so much the property, but we had no communication from the owners. We had to try and contact them ( with no answer ) and spent 30 mins after being dropped off on the road looking for the apartment (as per the map on bookings) and trying to contact the owners to get directions ( no answer on 3 occasions )

The property was in a great location. It was quiet in the surrounding areas. Clean. The kitchen was well equipped ( but no scissors, which we required on 3 occasions ) Lovely balcony. Lots of towels provided.

There is a bath instead of a shower cabin and if you are a tall person it might be a bit difficult to take a shower - it’s hard to fully stand up as the shower hose is short.

The location is perfect and the view from the terrace is magnificent. Durdica is a really great host, she can help with various things - just ask :) the apartment is spacious, clean and in a calm location - nice rest is guaranteed. Banje beach is just several steps down the apartment and the old town is 10 min walk.

As always there is a room for improvement. Generally we had good experience during our stay. Please take my comments as suggestions for improvement: - Inside the flat you can feel the smell of mustiness and/or smoking inside (despite the fact that it is forbidden), - A/C units are in both rooms. It should be better maintened...there is dust inside and they have quite low performance. This fact does not make your guests feel comfortable, - Curtains should be washed regularly, they didn't smell good, - Cutlery, plates, glasses, stove, oven, dishwasher should be properly washed and cleaned, - towels were provided, which is nice, but they should smell nice, - Only one duvet on double bed...for european guests it is unusuall, - even if you stay for few nights, bring your own cofee, sugar, etc. maybe some "welcome package" should be nice

Apartment is a flat in a block. Lokality: - cca 1.5km from public parking garage, 12 minutes walk is acceptable (you can legaly park your car at Dubrovnik Center Parking / Glavica, check conditions and actual pricing before you come). You can unload luggage Ul. Kralja Petra Krešimira IV. 31 and afterwards leave your car at the legal parking lot. - cca 140 stairs to Banje beach, direct downstairs and cross the street (ul. Franja Supila), - cca 10 min walk distance from south-east "Ploče Gate" to Dubrovnik old town, - grocery store is upstairs and also downstairs (both Studenac), perfect for buying fresh breakfast in 5 min distance Stairs....yes, there are many in Dubrovnik...in the old town there are more than 5400 stairs, so be prepared for fitness View: - from one bedroom with balcony is a perfect sea view of Dubrovnik old town and Lokrum island, - other bedroom and kitchen has view to the neighbourhood, windows are with shutters, good privacy and you can ventilate cross the flat, which is fine. Apartment equipment: - fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine for filtered coffee, bathroom with bathtub and a really powerful instantaneous hot water heater, plates, cutlery and other kitchen stuff was OK. - good beds, pillows and general cleanliness was OK Self check-in means you can find key inside the code-box at the front door.
