The soundproofing of the whole apartment is somewhat weak.

It’s difficult to access by car, the streets are very narrow and two-way.

It has great views, it is located on the top of the hill and you can see the beach from there.

the sound proof within the house could be better because despite separate rooms with doors, all the noises were coming and was heard very well.

Host was very nice and responsive, we did early check in- no problems. All facilities very clean and spacious balcony with nice view on the town and sea.

The walls are not thick enough you can hear the crying/playing children. I would like to have some salt, pepper and sugar they are not expensive but would be added value:)

The ground floor apartment has 2 separate room. In the kitchen: Dishwasher, oven and micreovawe, AC, TV. The towels ware provided The host was very nice and helpful. Walking distance 10min to the sea. Nice view from the terrace. Nice! welcome pack in the fridge (beer and juice)!

All was great. Nothing negative to report.

Amazing and spacious apartment much bigger than expected. The hosts were lovely and went out of their way to accommodate us. The location is great there are three beautiful beaches nearby. The balcony had a lovely view of the sea and town Okrug Gornji lights in the evening. The town of Trogir is about 2 km walk or you can take Uber or Bolt. Highly recommended apartment.

Very clean, comfortable apartment with all facilities you could need, and great air con. Lovely outside patio with view over the sea. The kindest, most helpful host who was extremely quick to respond and went above and beyond to help with our questions/requests. Highly recommend and we would definitely come back to stay again.

The only negative thing was the fact that the outside of the apartment wasn't finished but that wasn't a big deal!

Secure parking, close walk to the center and to the beach, bedroom and bathroom were great. The kitchen has all the necessary for those who want a longer term stay. Thomas greeted us and gave clear indications on where to eat and the quickest way to get around town.

I rented this place specifically for the beautiful balcony and the sea view, as shown clearly in the first photo. It was meant to be a special spot to celebrate my friend's birthday with a nice dinner overlooking the sea. The listing also mentioned a sea view, so we had no reason to doubt it. When we arrived, we were surprised and disappointed to find ourselves in an apartment with no balcony and only a partial sea view, mostly hidden behind trees. We mentioned this to the host, who told us that the apartment shown in the photos belongs to his brother, that it wasn’t available, and that the pictures were there "to attract interest." While the apartment itself is clean and has the essentials, it is rather dark and has no windows facing the sea, definitely not what we expected or paid for. The listing is misleading, and if we had known, we would have gladly paid extra for the correct apartment. The terrace is comfortable, but he told us it's full of mosquitoes and to go buy a plug-in repellent ourselves. Honestly, this should be a basic item provided in a rental meant for vacationers. So many mosquitoes we couldn't enjoy properly the terrace and couldn't open living room windows in the evening. The internet connection is very weak and unstable, which made it difficult to do any planning online. All in all, we felt misled and disappointed. This is not the level of transparency and hospitality we hoped for.

The location was good, around 10 minutes drive / 40 minutes walk to the Trogir Old Town. The place was clean, kitchen was equipped with basic essentials for cooking. Beds were comfortable and modern and nice bathroom.

Location is not convenient if you do not have a car. It is definitely not the walking-distance to Trogir, it is extremely far and practically not safe by foot. Wherever you are going from the apartment, you will have to climb a very high incline.
