The location is excellent. It’s close to the pedestrians bridge, farmer & fish markets & bus stops. The address on google map is not correct. As you enter the gate across from the pedestrians bridge, look for an entrance on the right hand size. As you’ve entered this entrance, look for a brown door on the left. Thats tge entry into the apartment

The only thing I could suggest to make this even better is perhaps a coffee machine. Plenty of cafes around though.

The spiral staircase is very steep, only for the agile! I would have liked maybe a stick-on light on it so you can find your way down in the night safely without leaving the main lights on.

Lovely friendly owners! The location is fantastic, a right turn straight after the gate and the front door is right there. All of the old town can easily be reached and if you want the bus, ferry or taxi they are just across the road. Clean apartment with everything you need including a bottle of wine as welcome.

The apartment was located in the perfect location for exploring Zadar! Not only was it comfortable but the host, Marina, was easy to contact and made our stay in her apartment and Zadar an enjoyable holiday.

Great location in the old town, easy to find all the relevant places we wanted to be at. Easy checkin and check out process, Marina was very helpful with details for transfers etc before we arrived, Tanja was very helpful when we needed extra keys etc very obliging.

The only thing I would slightly complain about and suggest the owner - get a new fridge for the 1st floor. It wasn't working correctly and was too warm for the +35 weather (it was set on the lowest temperature). Most of our food in the fridge went bad and on the first morning we had just warm beer. On the other hand - the fridge on the second floor was perfect for the beers but froze our watermelon. 🙂

Very nice apartment in an old building right next to the old town gates. Very easy to find (we didn't need any extra/specific instructions - after entering the gate just turn right where some guys are selling corn). The host Tanja met us in front of the house, let us in and gave all the necessary instructions. It's a big apartment on 2 floors (1st floor: kitchen, small common room, 1 sleepingroom for 3-4, toilet/shower; 2nd floor: 2 sleeping rooms for 2 and 3, a small hall with a fridge). The narrow spiral staircase might be a problem for kids and elderly but it was no problem for us (my kid didn't have to go upstairs). AC was good, wifi also. Shower should be a little bigger but you have to understand that it's an old building in old town. 🙂 Some people are complaining about the noise - I wouldn't. One evening there was a concert in the courtyard in front of our windows and another night a movie. It was great to follow the events from our windows (other ppl had to buy a ticket 😁). The events finished on a decent time and even my son could fall asleep on time. Just around the corner is the local market and a big Konzum. Restaurants and bars are everywhere around the apartment. If you want to spend time in the center of everything - choose this place. The closest decent beach is also just 1,5 km.
