Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Vlasnici su veoma ljubazni i susretljivi. Nismo imali nikakvih problema :) Smjestaj je blizu plaze , sto je takodjer plus .

PolandThe windows in the room are single-pane only, so sounds from the street (which does not have heavy traffic but there are many noisy scooters) easily go into the room.
The room was clean and cosy. It was being cleaned every day and the towels were changed. The room had a nice balcony with a table and chairs from which you could observe the sea. The bed was very comfortable; there was also an AC unit to cool the room temperature down. The kitchen had all the equipment we needed to prepare breakfast or supper. We really regretted that we had to leave at the end of our stay. Would love to go back.

PolandIf I could, I would like 10x more stars than possible. Apartament Merita was very luxury, everything seems to be new. Bathrom with the newest solution, room very comfy, bed also new and very comfy. Sheets changed if you wish (we were sick so we asked for change), towels changed everyday (without ask) and cleaning. Everything so extremely clean! The best was view... It was like a dream, sitting on balcony with no people from other rooms (private balcon) and eating breakfast with view on town, sea and Brać. Also from bed you can see the sea, very romantic... But, the best were owners... What a kind people! We were very lucky to meet them. Our car was broken and Ivo (owner) took us to Makarska for reperation. Everyday came and say hello, so nice person. We felt very safe abroad thanks to him. Also his wife, the nicest woman in the word, always smiling. If we had any question or problem, they always were ready to help. Gold! It was the best honeymoon that we could imagine. Brela of course beautifull town and for me, none of the rooms abailable in this town doesn't have this climate, view and comfort (physical and mental) like hotel Merita. I am sure that we will back. Comfy, clean and safe. Kind people and beautifull view. All what you need in one place.

UkraineThere was no hair dryer, no shower gel, just a soap. If you decide to cook, just fyi, on the kitchen was no seasonings for dishes so you have to buy everything.
The room was really amazing for the money it cost. Owners were very pleasant and meet us at the bus stop. The room was cleaned every day, it’s impressing. You can get to beach via stairs or to walk through the road.

Moldovathe bathroom is small and different than in the picture, the internet connection is very weak, you can't watch any video from the apartment. the windows are on the road and there is constant noise. the kitchen is separate and it was inconvenient to cook.
It's a clean apartment, air conditioning, a great view and kind people. Every day wipe change. there were no targets in this area of the hut, so I slept with the door open to the balcony. iron and ironing board.
