How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

An excellent little apartment right in the heart of the old town. The folks running the place were polite and courteous, and the room itself was very clean and modernised. The windows did a great job of keeping the noise out in the evening, you could barely hear anything in fact. I don't have a single complaint and would happily use them again.

Nothing about the property. Arriving with luggage at Old Town would be helpful to note on directions to go to Pile or Ploce gates to avoid the steps at the Buza gate.

Towels a bit small. Bed very comfortable, blanket didn’t fit full bed. Fine as solo traveler, might be tight with 2.
Great location and very comfortable apartment. Nicely decorated. Management was easy to communicate with and even have lockers in the main office to store your luggage if you get in too early.

The location is right in the center of town pretty much. The hosts have a reception desk just a few minute walk from the place. The apartment was as described and had everything that is needed. It was a quiet location with the windows closed but if you want to allow the din of a bustling city in, just crack them open and enjoy. It never got too loud.

The apartment is big enough that there is plenty of space to accommodate suitcases. Big windows allow for breeze and nice views. Spacious bathroom and kitchen.

If I'm being picky it would have been nice to have the fridge stocked w water/drinks and also had to buy stuff like loo roll and coffee. Couldn't get warm water from the shower.
Location was ideal, parallel to the main street, convenient for tours, restaurants, shopping. Airport is very accessible. Company kindly sent me a video to help me find my apartment which made it very easy. Walking through the city is very safe, good atmosphere around. Serenaded by a cellist every night, played for the restaurant below. Apartment clean, small but ideal. Grocery shop for essentials just across the street 👍

The shower cubicle could have been ever-so-slightly bigger, but that's being picky.
The property location was amazing, right off one of the central, main streets of the Old Town, but we never heard a sound from it. The reception staff were helpful, the apartment was clean and exactly as expected. The air conditioning was phenomenal! The bed was really comfy.

Be prepared for stairs up to apartments only a couple of flights.
Great apartment size - very roomy tastefully decorated. . Central location in old town. Easy walk from airport bus drop off. Good instructions of where to meet hosts and then a simple walk around the corner. Air con was good (always helpful). Big size bed and comfy

The stairs can be challenging (2 long flights up) especially as they are not even.
