Bathroom was way too small. My wife and I were lucky that we are only medium build but I would not recommend this apartment for tall or larger size people. In the photo you can see how the staircase cuts through the bathroom and you have to be careful you don't hit your head.

Location was very good, only a short walk to a lot of attractions.

Location was excellent, very close to old town & port. Very clean and good air conditioning for a hot day. Entry was simple with a key box, and we were even able to check in early. Host was very communicative and friendly.

Accommodation was great for a short stay. Couldn’t use TV due to PIN numbers which we couldn’t find. Upstairs AC required service or maybe update to quieter model. Minor issues which didn’t affect our stay very much.

A little difficult to find the front door using Google Maps but once there easy to access the keys. Location was a short 5 minute walk to markets and main promenade.

Felt like a really homely vibe where this is located. It's a short walk from split centre and up a lovely path, you can meander up and down admiring the side streets. The accomodation was comfortable and had all the facilities you could need.

Some of the facilities in the apartment were dates and not exactly spotless, but that's ok for a short stay.

The air conditioning needs maintenance or replacing! The room was very hot so we put it on but no matter what setting we used a loud clanging sound came on and we struggled to sleep. In the end we had to turn it off and opened the window, but that wasn’t great either with all the light coming in. as there is no proper curtain. For that reason I had to mark the otherwise great apartment down, as the most important thing is to get a good night sleep!

I appreciate the challenges of small apartments in the inner-city, but the bathroom is quite tight and headspace is a bit of an issue for taller people. I am 1m89 and hit my head a couple of times on the angled roof. The stairwell up to the bedroom is cute but also tight. We left our packs downstairs as a result. We still really loved our stay, but just a heads up for anyone large.

Apartment is perfectly located, easy to access and nicely appointed. There is plenty of space in most rooms and it worked well for us. Access via lockbox was simple. It is a lovely apartment.

The location was perfect, 3min walk to center, but u still are in quiet and safe street. Near apartment is free parking. Apartment is very clean and you have everything u need in it and more. The owner is so nice. We ask him if we can do later check out when he was already there, and he wait with smile on his face

Small bathroom with angle ceiling, kept bumping head. Very small bath towels. Free parking included was over full of cars & none available locally. Paid €25 for overnight public parking.

Location was great!  It was located in nearby old town. I could go to everywhere old town by walk. There were a great kitchen and sofas. Room were clean and beautiful. It was very nice hotel. I was happy during staying in Split.

The people were very obliging and helped us where they could. We were very busy sightseeing so we didn't get to use much of the facilities. There is a lot to do in Split, and we were only there for 2 days.

It was a little dated , the bathroom was quite dark.

It was in a quiet location, easy to get to and a short distance to the centre of split. There was everything you needed in the apartment.
