The apartment was perfect for 2 people. Had everything needed for our 6 day stay. Location was perfect. It's about 15 minutes to walk to the beach 45 minutes to the old town. Ivanka was most accommodating and so helpful. Would stay again and recommend to others.

Ivanka was very helpful. The flat is a good size and with a balcony. Everything works well. There's a safe place for bicycles. It is located in a suburb with a small Stundendac shop around the corner. I had my bicycle: it took12 - 15 minutes to ride to the old city.

The apartment was very clean. Ivanka had arranged everything in the house perfectly. The rooms also had all amenities. Major attractions of Zadar are also close by from the apartment.

It’s a little far from some amenities for a longer stay (e.g. for older people / those who struggle walking far) but if you’re fitter and/or can cycle then no problem. Also that’s reflected in the good price - we would certainly go back!

Lovely little apartment with everything you could need for a short stay (we did 5 days). Towels, toiletries, laundry detergent, clothes airer, iron, hair dryer etc all provided. Air con worked well. Great water pressure - just be careful as the hot water is very very hot! Generous sized covered balcony with comfortable furniture. Small market right round the corner and beaches in walking distance. Easy to get a taxi (Bolt) to the beautiful Old Town. Really friendly host who takes great care of her guests. We were also able to have a late check out at a reasonable price. Overall very good value.

This is my fault and not Ivanka’s but I thought we had kitchen facilities. We did have a microwave, fridge and cutlery but we were limited what we could do.

It was very clean, the host was lovely and very helpful. The balcony was great and had sun on it all day. Air con was great and much needed. Location was okay, restaurants and bars are all spread about. We took an Uber from the airport for €17 but generally travelled around on foot.

Everything was great. Nothing to complain about.

Everything about the place was amazing. The room- the apartment, actually, as there are 2 rooms. The terrace was perfect to drink the coffee in the morning and the view (the garden) is really relaxing. You get an equipped kitchen, so if you want to prepare something to eat, you are able to. There is also a washing machine- did not use it, but just so you know that you also have this facility. And, last but not least, the host is extremely nice. Always has a smile on her face. She also helped us with a map of the surroundings and suggested places to eat near the room. (Which were fabulous, so trust her)

Apartament was very clean and comfortable equiped. Host was very nice, she gave us helpful recomendations and hints right after we arrived. There are grocery stores and good restaurants near to the apartment, to the beach you walk 10-15 min.

The only thing that was a little bit frustrating that the toiled could not be flushed (water come, but do not have enough pressure [but in the shower the water pressure is perfect]).

- perfect location. Everything is close by foot, but still calm and quiet. - the garden is beautiful - you can rent bicycles and bbq which can be used even in your own terrace - the ground floor apartment has a big, comfortable and separated terrace - the whole apartment is comfortable and spacous - Ivanka and her husband are very nice, they help anything you need and they are always there is you have any question - there is mosquito net on the windows and the terrace door - comfortable bed - we arrived late and Ivanka prepared some snacks and fruit to us - there are basic kitchen things like oil or salt - own parking space

The location of Apartments and Room Tea was exceptional. Ivanka and her husband, Zeyko were incredibly kind and ensured I had everything I needed. The apartment was large, had a great balcony, a well-stocked kitchen, a bright bathroom, and easy parking. Easily the cleanest place I stayed in all of Croatia. I can't wait to stay here again!
