The apartment was everything as it was described. Great location while it was a busy spot the apartment was sound proof. Great location to the centre of the old town and all within walking distance Great spaces internally suit a family or travelling couples. The host greeted us warmly and showed us around. Would highly recommend

Tony was very accommodating as our flight was delayed and he not only came out at 10 pm at night to give us the keys, but was also very accommodating allowing us to have a later checkout. Lovely clean and spacious apartments with great views of the Riva. Location was perfect for our family of 5.

The location couldn't be beat! It had views from every room and was walking distance to everything we did. The air conditioning worked great also. It was very comfortable for 6 people.

Location is excellent. Apartment is spacious and spotlessly clean. Hosts were brilliant to deal with. Toni collected us from the airport and transferred us to our next destination and was so friendly. Excellent all round.

For a 3 bedroom apartment they have just one bathroom which is a little uncomfortable and inconvenient.

The location is perfect, apartment is spacious and the view from the apartment is too good. Toni was extremely helpful and sweet.

Hot water was in short supply at times (with 6 adults) parking would have been nice but not a deal breaker

Location was everything! Beautiful setting with large rooms. Staff were nice. Dishwasher worked, reverse heating system was good.

Slight smell from the drains. Rain shower worked however the attachment for the general shower head was broken

We had the most wonderful time in this house. What an incredible view!! Superbly located right on the waters edge with easy walking access to wherever you wanted to go. It comfortably slept our family of five and had a full sized kitchen too! Toni met us at the airport and was super kind and friendly and very helpful with local information. Totally recommend this spot if you are visiting Split. Split itself is such a beautiful town. We’d love to come back!

My elderly mother sat on a chair which broke under her. We discovered the leg had been taped so it would hold. Could have been worse! Also some ants in the kitchen.

Great location! Very spacious for a family of 6 plus a toddler. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking.

Washing machine broken and water off for part of our stay without prior notification due to works elsewhere in the building.

entrance was being remodelled, building felt a bit like a converted office. Trouble paying due to owners systems.

The noise in the evening. There was an event somewhere and the sound was travelling. It was not street noise as I expected that due to the location.

The central location and the view. Tony was informative and on easily available to deal with my queries. There was a small issue with the toilet flush, on advising Tony he turned up within the hour to fix.

We arranged transport to pick us up from the airport. Tony the gentleman who met us at the airport and dropped us at the apartment was amazing. He went above & beyond to make sure we were comfortable for our stay in the apartment. It was much appreciated.

Beautiful apartment in a great location with stunning sea views. Toni met us on arrival at Split airport and brought us to the apartment - an absolute gentleman who was extremely helpful with giving tips and advice on where to go sightseeing and the best restaurants to try.

Pity we were only here for one night. Great location. Toni the owner was so friendly and helpful when our flight into Split was delayed a lot. He had the air con running so the apartment was cool and comfortable for sleep when we arrived

There was nothing to dislike

The location was great, right on the ground in the old town so no climbing of lots of steps unless you wanted. Beautifully furnished with family treasures. A very large 3 bedroom apartment Was easy to find.
