Location !! Close to all the main areas. The apartment is very bright. The host did a great job. It was my daughter’s birthday on the day we arrived and she/he had the apartment decorated with cake included. Host was also very flexible with the check out time. Overall we had a great time in Split. I highly recommend it !!

The building itself is old. No elevator and the apartment is on the 3rd floor, so it can get a little tricky with the luggage.

No breakfast, but a well stocked kitchen AND a washer/dryer. Very handy. Great location and very clean. Balcony small, fit 2 people but not all 4 of us -- but it didn't matter as we were out of the apartment most of the time. Not really a "view" from the balcony. But quiet.

An old exterior with a beautiful interior. Comfortable beds, lovely bathroom, well furnished throughout. 5 mins walk to centre. Felt safe & secure.

No lift and on third floor which wasn’t a problem for us but but not suit some people

The location was perfect. Just outside the Old Town walls, and very easy walking distance to everything. The apartment had 1.5 bathrooms that great to have with 4 adults. The apartment had window coverings that blocked the sunlight for the early mornings, and when opened, it allowed for a lot of natural light. It also have a balcony that the 2 bedrooms had access to, which was perfect to enjoy morning coffee. We had plenty of space to hang out if we wanted to, but we were so close to the city center that we spent most of our time there. The washing machine was so nice to have access to. The apartment was well stocked with towels, kitchen items, and laundry supplies. We left AirPods behind and the host went above and beyond to get them back to us, which was much appreciated.

Great apartment, super clean. Easy to access, great location. Sheets were crisp. There was a welcome spread with i think local products that were just wnderful

Had difficulty closing curtains and shades. Maybe leave instructions for shades for future guests. Water turned cold in middle of my shower. Overall, though, the apartment was nice.

Everything was excellent, the apartment was clean, the location was perfect, and the host was very helpful! It felt like staying in a hotel.

The location was great. Within walking distance of all the restaurants and shopping.

Parking was a bit difficult but we luckily found street parking that was more affordable than the lots.

An excellent apartment which had everything the girls needed. The host on the last day let the girls avail of a late check out as their flight was not until night time. He was extremely helpful and very very considerate. Definitely will book again on our return visit.

Excellent location - on the edge of the Old Town, with shops, various restaurants, and bars nearby. The apartment has everything you need. It was really pleasant to find a bottle of wine in the fridge as a welcome gift.

There could be more toiletries (they cost almost nothing) - it's quite inconvenient if you run out of toilet paper or dishwasher tablets ;) Previous guests praised the cheese left with the wine in their comments - unfortunately, it was not included for us.

Amazing location and very updated, very quiet, high end apartment. Great AC. Great beds. Great shower. Blackout windows.

The apartment was in a great location. It felt like a local neighbourhood but right beside the historical centre. Everything was within a ten minute walk. The apartment has every facility we needed and there was a small supermarket and a bakery across the street. Our host was very helpful. We enjoyed a wonderful week in Split

The location was very short walk from the old city without the noise with easy access to everything. I love that the brother of the owner met us at our car and was nice enough to help us take our luggage to our room which was on the 3rd floor. Parking lot was 50 meters from the apartment. The apartment was very well equipped with everything, love that it had a washer/dryer. The 2 rooms were spacious ( our adult daughter got a room to herself ) and had comfortable queen sized beds. We were greeted with a platter of appetizers and bread and bottle of wine. Overall a great stay in Split.

Location of the apartment was great . Apartment was very clean with everything we needed for our stay . There was a bottle of wine and cheese and hams left for us in the fridge that was very much appreciated.

There was quite a few flight of stairs to get up to the apartment .

A nice spacious apartment very close to Split old town. Parking not provided but was easy as it was at the end of the road. Parking a bit expensive but worth it to stay so close to old town. Host was very efficient with meeting us and responding to messages, and there was a nice welcome pack of cheese and meat etc. Would definitely recommend this apartment.
