My only advice to improve the property would be to offer light quilts or extra sheets. The place was brilliant we would stay again in a heart-beat!

We had the most delightful hosts and loved every part of our stay. Host were so helpful with advice, kind conversation and help with little things such as extra pillows. All technology worked great. Air con, TV, Kitchen, WiFi! Absolutely perfect. Large apartment with all the trimmings and it really feels like a home away from home. (Also loved watching the Tortoises in the garden) Ascetically it isn’t modern, but it is absolutely immaculate and clean! The kindness of our hosts was one of the highlights of our holiday. Great location by a beautiful beach, supermarkets and bus routes. Maximum 20 minute walk into town. We parked with ease every day. Sometimes even right outside! Would 100% stay again!

We loved everything! Location near Firule beach, spaceful apartment for two people, amazing balcony with the view which never leaves you bored🥰 But the best advantage is a host Visnja! She is absolutely the best host❤️She lives with her mother in the same house, so always happy to help with any question or request. Dog, cat and nearly 30 turtles in the garden make the stay in this place even more friendly. It was nice to meet such friendly host and environment🙌 We stayed 1 week and everyday found the place to park our car near around. Best luck, dear Visnja! Thank you for everything❤️

This was the best accommodation of our trip. Beginning with an early checkin, the apartment was large and very well equipped. The bed was super comfortable as was the couch and small balcony with Seaview. Great location, in a pleasant neighborhood 10 minutes walk to beach and 20 minutes to town. Our hosts were very helpful. Nice to interact with locals. Often you never see your host.

The host was very kind and accomodating. The appartment is spatious and the balcony overlooking the garden and the sea is gorgeous. It is walking distance to firule beach, which we found to be the best beach in Split. We would definitely stay here again if we were to visit Split.

Everything was truly amazing: the ocean view, the apartment, the facilities, the neighborhood, and, especially, our wonderful property owner (Višnja) and her family. They made us feel so welcomed during our time in Split! Višnja welcomed us as if we were part of her family. My husband and I have stayed at other wonderful places before, but this is the first time we felt we were part of a family. We already miss Višnja, her family, and Split! We hope we can go back in the future. Thank you, Višnja, for being such a warm and amazing host!!!! You truly have a special place in our hearts.

The apartment is very well located and has everything you need for a nice stay, including a gorgeous view. The host is an absolute delight. She even went as far as to get some food for us before we arrived be it was a Sunday and everything was closed. I would 100% recommend staying here.

Nothing was too much trouble for Visjna, our lovely, artistic host. Due to unforseen circumstances, we arrived after 11pm, but Visjna stayed up to welcome us. There were plenty of supplies left for us in the fridge. We adored sitting on the balcony for breakfast every morning, overlooking the Adriatic Sea and watching the ferries ply their trade to the outer islands, and the sunsets were spectacular, too. The apartment is in a quiet residential street within easy walking distance of shops, beaches and restaurants. We wished we could have stayed for longer and will definitely stay here again. 🙂

This is very nice and quite big apartment with spectacular view. The host - Višnja is extremely nice and helpful. The area is wonderful, full of exotic plants and very close to 2 popular Split beaches.

We loved this self catering apartment close to Split's centre. We also had a stunning view on a part of the city and the harbour. It's spacious, very very neat and equipped with everything one needs. Visjna is so caring and we also enjoyed her dog Rosa and all the tortoises! It's also close to Bistro Ciba on which you don't dare to miss out. If you are looking for accommodation in Split, this is your place.

A very comfortable apartment for 2-3 people in an excellent location, perfect for travellers who appreciate a quiet neighbourhood, while still wanting to enjoy the city - the apartment is within walking distance of the Old Town in Split, the ferry terminal and Firule Beach. Moreover, the possibility to have a morning coffee with the view of the Adriatic is priceless! The host, Visnja, is warm and welcoming, always willing to help, give advice and directions. She speaks very good English, which is another bonus point.
