There is nothing to complain about this property, it is a perfect place for accommodation.

The house is perfectly furnatured, there is everything you need in the house. If you are traveling with your car you will have your private parking area in front of building. The owner of property is super friendly and helpful. The house was super clean and confortable, definitely recommending.

This is a separate house with a small laundry machine, kitchen, bathroom, and court yard. I felt at home while staying 3 nights. It costs me less than a night at downtown Split.

Great communication from the host throughout. Smooth check in and the accommodation was spotless on arrival. Well kitted out and very comfortable. Nice location with a river opposite for dog walking/swimming etc. Close to local facilities.

Marko apartment is very clean, beautiful and calm. All the amenities are presents. Garden infront is amazing. We loved the apartment and it's worth to stay in the apartment.

Absolutely everything. Apartment was extremely clean and spacious, great interior design. In the middle of September we reached Split in 10-15 minutes. There is also small garden to rest outside. Thanks Marco for warm welcome and greetings from Lithuania 💕

Apartment River met our needs perfectly. The apartment was large, clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked, for any food prep . It provided off road dedicated parking, and a garden area where we were able to enjoy coffee in the morning, and a drink in the evening. The hosts were lovely--- helpful and readily available. We were pleasantly surprised to find a chaceuterie platter of meat, cheese, olives, fresh bread and fruit upon arrival. As well as beer, juice and water in the refrigerator. True Croatian hospitality. Marko, tebi i tvojima, puno hvala.

Everything you need - this apartment has. A friend host, a comfortable house, a good bed. Yes, it’s far away from Split old town but for us it’s perfect, we can park our car in front of apartment. 10€ with Uber to center and don’t need to worry about parking thing. If you hungry near by has few restaurants, one of them name: street food 21210 good food, affordable price.

What to say! Marko and his family were great! Available every time we need (also before go there) The house is so comfortable, it has everything you need. It's also so spacious, the kitchen is full equiped. Marko leaves you oil, vinegar, salt etc. But above all... When you come in for the first time, you find food gifts in the fridge, prepared by his mum, chocolate, beer and wine! So lovely! The house has a private parking, a garden when you can sit a eat! And about 50 meters far, there is a little river where you can a have a little swim (it's so cold!!!) I forgot!! In the garden there are fruits tree... And you can eat them whenever you want! What else? Marko and his family has something special. Thank you for everything.

Very friendly and welcoming hosts. The apartment is very nice and spacious. Good WiFi connection and parking right infront of the apartment. Split old town can be easily reached by car.

Perfect! Clean and spacious apartment with open space living room and kitchen fully equiped, bedroom and bathroom, green yard with barbeque. We recommend it 100%! Warm welcoming by the owners, they are nice people. The area is very relaxing, a river crossing by, you csn hear many birds in this period.

We loved our stay here. This was our best experience yet. You can't find a more perfect apartment in the area. The owners are really nice and welcoming the communication is easy with them. Everything is very clean modern and nice. The location is also great.
