How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Apartment Resman is ideally located in Tsče, 5 minutes walk from Konzum minimarket. The owners are extremely nice and helpful. Mr Resman helped us in so many ways during our stay. Thank you

We had a wonderful one-night stay in this charming apartment during a motorcycle tour of the Balkans. The host was very incredibly generous, very helpful, and welcoming. The apartment is beautifully clean, stayed cool even on such a hot day, and has everything you could need. There is a local mini-market where we bought food to make dinner.

No complaints whatsoever.
Antun and his wife are super friendly and helpful with whatever you need. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and clean. The kitchen is well equipped and the double bed comfortable. I can highly recommend to book the breakfast with it. They even provide homemade apple juice and I rakija as a welcome gift. I had a rough day on trail and came with wet, dirty hiking shoes. I was provided with a place to dry my stuff and can highly recommend to stay here.

Very good welcome. The apartment has everything you could need and the owners are very nice and helpful. We had problems with the car and they helped us contact a mechanic and let us use the garden and facilities beyond check out time.The village is nice and there is a bar and a small supermarket within walking distance Really beautiful, it was a shame to be just passing through.

The hospitality - Anton is absolutely brilliant. He will go above and beyond, trying to help you with whatever you need. He was so kind and let me park my motorbike in his garage. When I arrived , because I don't drink alcohol, I was offered a big bottle of their own home made apple juice - it was just lovely. The whole family treats you like their own. Also Anton knows everything about the area, so he can definitely help with suggestions. The location was very nice. A little village in the mountains - what else could you ask for :) I liked the apartment a lot. It has a spacious living room with a kitchen that has everything you need, should you prefer cooking on your own. The bed was very comfy and I had a very good night sleep. The bed sheets and blanket smelled nice and clean. The bathroom was nice and clean as well with a good shower. The whole apartment was very clean. I strongly recommend Anton's place to anyone in the area, looking for a nice and clean place to stay and as an addition - enjoy Anton's hospitality.
