Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

This apartment is beautiful and the owner Clara is a gem and so friendly and helpful. The place was spotless and so convenient to all the sites in Pula, including the amphitheater. We felt like locals staying here and having a parking spot included was essential with our rental car. Our only regret was that we couldn’t stay longer!

AustriaEverything was perfect! This is the third time we've stayed in Pula, but the first time we stayed in Apartment Punta and it was by far the best accommodation of all! The hosts were so sweet, attentive and helpful and the communication was great. The flat is beautifully furnished, clean and has everything you wish for. The most important part that sets it apart from other accommodations is the private parking spot, which is a great relief to not have to worry about where to park in this busy city.

Apartment was immaculate and Clara was so friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for looking around Pula and very close to the bus station for when we wanted to travel a little further. Loved the whole holiday! Pula is very safe and clean and I will definitely go back.

Perfect location.2mins from bus station where the airport shuttle arrives, and local buses available . 2 mins. walk to the sea front and only 10 to 15 mins. to the town centre, with varying routes available. The small courtyard garden was perfect for relaxing in ,and the apartment had every facility and decorated to a high degree.

United KingdomAbsolutely fantastic!! Clara was so lovely and was there if we needed her to be, she lives in the downstairs apartment with her husband, but didn't interfere with us at all. The accommodation was perfect for myself and my husband, spotlessly clean with everything you need and a perfect base to walk into the centre and the harbour without being too close. We can't speak highly enough of Apartment Punta. Thank you Clara, the olive oil was very thoughtful xxx

Very clean, comfortable apartment. You have everything you need, deff in the kitchen and bathroom. not far from center and busstation. H02 night shop next door. The airconditioning was deff a plus with the heat. Would deff recommend this apartment, the owners are lovely! Although it is situated at a busy road you don't hear a thing!
