It was quite noisy with the pub and restaurants downstairs and lots of late night foot traffic on the street below. The bathroom was needing attention - felt uncomfortable with the hanging electric cable for the light and the vanity a bit broken. I also asked if I needed to take any rubbish or recycling out. I was told yes so asked where to take it - I assumed downstairs somewhere but was told to take it to the large city bins outside the walls of the old town. I thought this was too much for someone to have to do.

Location was the main selling point of this property. It was comfortable.

There was nothing to dislike

This is a fantastic property right in the heart of Dubrovnik, easily walkable to everything. The space is amazing, well laid out, great facilities, air conditioned and has the added bonus of a balcony, no complaints from us at all

As the apartment was very central of course it was noisy late into the evening and early hours of the morning so ear plugs are definitely recommended. The apartment is looking tired and could do with a refresh. Although it says toiletries are available we only had 4 sachets of shower gel between 2 for 4 nights and no shampoo so messaged to ask if they could please provide some more , they replied with they only provide a starter pack but on explaining that we only brought hand luggage with us and no toiletries they obliged by dropping us off some more shower gel and shampoo ( which was initially missing) Would I recommended this apartment...Yes if you wanted to be very central and don't mind noise.

There are a lot of steps, as it is the top of the building. This was not a problem for us, but something some may need to consider, there are a lot of steps in Dubrovnik period.

The location was absolutely fantastic, Maria was so attentive, checking in with us and making sure we had arrived safely and that we were happy with the apartment. It is located just of the stradum in old Dubrovnik. It is finished to the highest standards and has some original features. Fabulous accommodation 😊

There are 56 steps to the apartment which are okay but not ideal if you have any mobility difficulties... or if you are very tired after walking around Dubrovnik!

It was well equipped, spacious and comfortable. The verandah was a bonus.

Stairs...Yes... it is an old building and it is PART of the reason to stay there.. and it should stay that way! The top floor terrace and high ceilings are worth the hilarious trip up and down the stairs on first/last day.

The terrace, the location (really amazing location), the personal touches from the owner (hair dryer, beach towels, fruit basket, fresh flowers, etc), high ceilings, very quiet place (no noise from neighbors), and the communication from the owner (she even arranged airport transfer and brought Croatian goodies upon checkout).

We were left some baked goods and drinks, which was kind. We could use the beach towels which was very handy the flat is lovely and super central

The only thing to note is this is a top floor apartment so quite a few steps (no lift).

Wonderful property in the heart of Dubrovnik old town. Amazing fully equipped apartment with all amenities. Lots of thoughtful touches for the guests and made to feel really welcome. The balcony was an added bonus.

The bed was a bit squeaky, and although it didn't bother us too much there was 56 steps to actually get into the main space of the apartment.

Fabulous location. The apartment had everything you could possibly need It was lovely having the balcony and sitting with a coffee first thing listening to the hubbub of the town

Limited time to store luggage. Host only allowed 1h for storing backpacks after check out time and told us to use the storage in the city if we wish to keep them for longer despite so much space at the entrance of the building . The cleaner knocked on the door right at 10am to clean the room as we were still collecting our belongings. Upon arrival we were only able to store luggage for 1h before checking in which is not convenient to walk around the city in 30C wearing backpacks.
