Very minor details like a slightly better overseeing of the swimming pool. It was not a direct fault of the hosts of course, but I realised some other guests visited the swimming pool with a can of beer, despite the fact that drinks and food are not normally allowed in the pool area. But, this does not diminish the quietness and calmness that the swimming pool and the other outdoor areas offer to the guests. Another small , very small suggestion for improvememt in my opinion would be some simple openair elevator to help carry the luggage to the upper floor . I did not have trouble carrying the luggage but may be some guests need it sometime. Again, this is a kind suggestion and not a dislike or strong negative point. Also, I can confirm the apartments are not inside the town of Cavtat and someone has to walk 1+ km to the center of Cavtat, the harbour area. Having a car will help with getting to Cavtat. Of course there are plenty of taxi services in the area to help move between the apartments and Cavtat. Nevertheless, there is a small supermarket at a close distance of approximately 200 metres, if I am not wrong, which is a little uphill from the hotel. Despite this relative distance from the center of Cavtat, the place is very quiet, beautiful and with perfect view.

There were small details of comfort and warmth thst made me happy. Small biscuits for the breakfast, a french coffee machine, dishes, utensils, toaster, small table with 2 chairs for eating, nightstands tablenwith 2 chairs at the balcony .Ceramic stovetop and small fridge. It was a totally jndependent apartment where someone could cook a full meal! Also the very kind host, Ante, was available to help and friendly at every possible need! The balcony had a fairly good view of the sea despite the fact I stayed at a studio room and not at a larger apartment, as I was a solo traveller. I will surely return the soonest possible! I recommend it!

We like EVERYTHING that this appt offers! Probably its distance to the beach and old town is not the shortest, its pool is not the biggest we have ever stayed in Croatia, but without any doubt, Mario, is the kindest host we have ever met in Croatia. He welcomed us with fresh drinks and home-made cookies (really delicious), and also thanks for him, we could feel easily and appreciate that he has taken so good care of every details, from inside of the appt to outside pool, garden, parking, ... all have been so well maintained and prepared meticulously to offer the most comfortable stay possible to the guests. We would like to give a note of 11 over 10 to this appt and host. Thank you sincerely, Mario! We will surely come back to see you the next time we visit Croatia again.

The location is a little bit further from town so can be a hot uphill walk in the evening! Not too bad though, and only 10 mins from a bus stop that goes to Dubrovnik.

Beautiful apartment and genuinely the friendliest host I've stayed with. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Communication was smoothly, owner helped us through difficult times (we were both a bit travel sick upon arrival). He waited us with a big smile and cold drinks and homemade snacks. Absolute dear. Swimming pool was so nice. Quiet and calm area. Amazing views. Quality work with the apartments. We truly enjoyed!

Just the bed pillows and shower

Absolutely amazing and can't wait to go back. The only two things is we would have preferred smaller and softer pillows as we couldn't use them and had to use the small cushions. This is no way anything bad, just a recommendation. The shower not being regulated properly (think it was broken) as it was scorching hot which wasn't enjoyable 😔 and not matter what way we turned it, it didn't improve. Only minor issues that in no way changed our whole experience of being absolutely amazing. Staff, location and property were just fabulous 👌

1o minute walk to the beach downhill which is fine but on the way back the last 200 metres approx is up a steep hill so if you struggle to walk it could be and issue but you can get an Uber for 9 euros

The property was so clean and well equipped. Ante the host was so welcoming, we were greeted with homemade apple strudel and a bottle of wine, in the fridge we had 2 bottles of water and a carton of apple juice and Ante also provided us with a carton of milk as the supermarket was closed. We will definitely be returning to this property in the future it is beautiful.

It is not centric, which is not necessarily a downside (if you have car) because of the tranquility and relax that you can’t have in the city.

Everything was pretty good and the hosts were very kind. The common chill-out is beautiful and comfortable. Not a big but perfect for relaxing.

The apartment was spacious, clean and the balcony to the sea. The four bathrooms were a luxury! The swimming pool was especially nice for children. The owner was very friendly and understanding for a family with children. I would highly recommend this apartment for a family or larger group. We thought the location was great. However, please be aware of the steep climb from the beach to the apartment. We had a car and used it every day not only to go to the beach but also to the bigger markets (Kaufland or Lidl) for example, as it was a long way to get there.

It's a 20minute walk to town which is well lit at night. The last 250m are steep (uphill). Saying that, we walked every night!

So clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Lovely terrace area to lie out on. Owners onsite and are lovely people.

We would have liked to have a written instruction on how to use the cooktop and maybe a microwave.

Our host was very friendly and gave us good advices on what to see and how to get to the interesting sites. He even brought us dessert twice. Parking is available and secure.

Absolutely nothing, perfect stay.

Exactly as pictured with super sweet and welcoming hosts. The place was cosy but functional and the view from the balcony was incredible. We were welcomed with a home made apple dessert and beer and provided with necessities for our stay. Bed was very comfortable and the place was sound proof. It is up a hill and about 20 minutes walk into main restaurants but we knew this and it was really no issue for us. Would highly recommend and stay again! Thank you.

Everything was very good for us. The location would not suit everyone as it is a fair walk into town and to the beach and the return journey is all uphill and it’s steep at the end.

The hosts were wonderful. Fresh apple strudel and a wine on arrival. The room was spacious, modern and clean. The bed was comfortable and there was a lovely balcony with a view of the sea. We found the location to be perfect .. a short walk to the beach and then on to the town centre.

Beautiful, spotless clean apartments..fabulous views. They also have a big terrace which has lots of added extras. About a 15 walk into Cavtat which was a lovely walk every day. Apartments have everything you need. Lovely touches throughout the property. The owners are very kind and helpful 🙂 I look forward to going back.

Beautiful clean room with a nice view. The host welcomed us with apple pie, juice for kids and a welcome drink, very friendly with us and even helped us when we had a problem with the car. The apartment is located in a beautiful village where you can walk to the center of the village, it's very close!

Amazing, best equipped place and you can even get better priced boat tickets there! Spacious and comfortable place. Even that up the hill location is perfectly fine as it’s only last few hundred meters. Would definitely choose again.

We enjoyed very much our time in the apartment.Everything was perfect, the balcony had beautiful views. Great location. The apartment was full-equipped and decorated with love. The owner was lovely, he offered us cold drinks and homemade pie when we arrived after long hot trip. We will definitely come back next time we visit Croacia and we encourage people to stay here.
