How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

The adhesive mat in the bathroom needs a change, but it's a minor issue. Everything was OK 👍
Big apartment in a nice house. Close to the Plitvice lakes. Supermarket and restaurants nearby. We stayed only for one night on our way from the lakes to Zadar, but it was very pleasant place.

Maybe a washing machine could be handy for longer stays but just a nice to have
Very nice place, clean, friendly family owners. Perfect base for Plitvice Lakes, close to big supermarket and restaurants but yet in a quiet area

On the ground floor the sun shine through the window in the morning because the curtain was a little bit thin. It is just a minor thing but it is worth noting.
There was 7 of us on a trip. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are quite big and everything was very clean. The wifi was great and there was plenty of space inside for parking.

everything was perfect :)
Very pleasant place close to Plitvicka Jezera. Short distance to main road but vary quiet place. Very close to the grocery store and others. Excellent for the rest. Host nice & helpful. We stayed only one night but it's perfect for a longer stay. Kitchen very well equipped.

The Bathroom had a broken shower that was the only negative point for me
The apartment was very spacious It was clean and was near to a mall so you could all the groceries the location was 9 mins drive from Lake plitvic You have some restaurants with in short drive

We had a wonderful stay in a stunning environment with mesmerizing views. The natural surroundings and scenery were truly remarkable. However, there were a couple of issues that we encountered during our stay. The internet connection was very weak, and unfortunately, the TV in our room wasn't functioning. We requested assistance to resolve these problems, but it seemed like they couldn't or perhaps didn't want to address the issues promptly. This feeling extended to a few other aspects of our stay as well. On a positive note, the young lady on staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days, and one of the major advantages of this accommodation was its proximity to Plitvice Lakes, which was fantastic for our visit.

Close to Plitvice lakes. We ordered the room the night before, we came in the evening and everything was waiting for us. Very clean, very open hosts. It's great to stay here before or after visit to Plitvice, for longer stay I don't think.

Just needs to be fix one thing - the shower holder )
We stay here for the New Year celebration. Outside was around +14+18C, inside the house was really warm. Well equipped with everything you need. Clean. Just 7 km to Plitvice lakes. Nice seating area in the living room.

We stayed for one night with our family. Overall, the place was fine — a bit old-fashioned, but cozy and comfortable. I would have definitely rated our stay an 8 out of 10, if not for a very unpleasant incident that happened in the morning. While we were having coffee before leaving, the terrace door was left slightly open. I had just come out of the shower and was getting dressed when, suddenly and without any knocking, a man walked straight into the apartment. We had seen this man earlier that morning in a car parked outside the house, and assumed he was someone who lives there permanently. The experience was extremely shocking and upsetting — it felt like a serious invasion of privacy and left me very shaken. It turned what could have been a pleasant stay into a traumatic one. Unfortunately, because of this, I cannot recommend the place.

The interior is a bit outdated, and the appliances and kitchen gear are very basic. It would be more comfortable to have a dishwasher, some larger bowls if you want to prepare food for a family, more light in the kitchen to prepare food, a washing machine, .... The thing that we found the biggest problem however, was that the windows cannot be darkened to sleep: there are only translucent drapes, no roller blinds interior nor exterior.
The apartment has a very good location near plitvice NP. We were welcomed by the host who lives in a seperate house on the same domain. Despite being a bit outdated, the apartment as very well maintained and in very clean condition. We liked the outside covered terrace. The apartment was very spacious.
