Leaving - we'd be happy to live in this beautiful and characterful apartment!

Davorka and Zeljko are just the nicest hosts! They were waiting for us outside the apartment when we arrived (they had even offered to meet us at the bus station). They were incredibly welcoming and helpful, showing us how everything worked and providing us with maps, excellent restaurant recommendations etc. They messaged us later to remind us that the following day was a bank holiday and shops would be closed, and during our stay to make sure everything was OK. They also provided us with teas and coffees, milk, preserves and toasting bread. On our return for a final night at the end of our trip, Zeljko met us outside the apartment with the keys. The third floor apartment is beautiful, pristine, spacious, and light-filled with high ceilings and large windows. The decor and furnishings are stylish and creative and everything is in excellent condition. The apartment is incredibly well equipped and everything worked perfectly. There was even a small furnished terrace. A full kitchen and dining space, a very comfortable seating area and a sleek bathroom made for a very relaxing stay. The bed/bedroom was extremely comfortable and we slept well. There was also tons of storage space. A clever wall of sliding glass panels and drapes allows for the bedroom to be closed off from the living room if required. The AC worked very efficiently and a fast lift/elevator stops outside the apartment door. The central location opposite the railway station and within easy walking distance of all that Rijeka has to offer and the bus station for our arrivals and departures worked very well for us. The rate was superb value. Very highly recommended.

Davorka and Zeljko were so wonderful! They met us at the train station when we arrived, walked us across the street to the apartment, and showed us everything we needed to know. Their restaurant recommendations were excellent, we loved all the places we visited. The apartment has everything you could need and with more room than anywhere else we've stayed in Croatia. Highly recommend!

Wonderful host, nice location. We asked for early check-in which was not possible due to previous guests were checking out so they offer us to put our luggage in their car which was a nice gesture. Once we were back they already put the luggage in the apartment. There were more things in the apartment compare to others we have visited across Europe so far, they had a packet of bread, Nutella, jam, tea and coffee which was very nice to have. Apartment is very close to train and bus station plus many grocery shops and restaurants near by.

The owners of the flat meet us on the check inn and kindly explain all details what to do in the Rijeka. The flat is very nice and comfort. Higly recommend this opsion. We was with pets and they allow pets to the flat. Thank you!

Overall, a very nice place to stay. Very modern well equipped and immaculately clean apartment. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and met us at the nearby parking lot and assisted with that then showed us to the apartment. Easy flat walk along the road to the town centre with plenty of shops and restaurants along the way. Nice little bar downstairs for a relaxing drink as well. The building has a lift as well so no carrying suitcases up stairs. Woud definitely stay here again.

Our host was incredibly welcoming, waiting for us upon arrival and ensuring we had everything we needed. The apartment was excellent—spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed. We appreciated the thoughtful touches, like small breakfast goodies, as well as the SOS phone numbers and parking information displayed on the wall for easy access in case we needed them.The amenities were top-notch, and the location was perfect—right in the city center with convenient parking nearby. A fantastic stay overall!

Amazing property with attention to details and enough space for a couple wishing to spend a few days in the city center of Rijeka. Elevator access was a huge plus, as well as the balcony and vicinity to the bars, bakery and a small supermarket. Big advantage was a welcoming preparation from the host with teas, coffee, jam, Nutella and bread, as well as all the necessary basic ingredients for cooking.

Small note for those who has light sleep as the windows are looking at the road and it can be quite noisy before 00:00 though after that becomes better.

Our wonderful hosts met us at the parking lot they suggested, a very short walk from the apartment to make sure we got there safely. The apartment is VERY well equipped, quiet, safe and just far enough from the center but a very easy walk to everything!

Excellent location, very comfortable, fully appointed, with many little extras provided by the hosts, such as bread, nutella, coffee cream, etc… everything worked great. Close to old town and restaurants. The hosts greeted us outside and helped us find parking, before introducing us to the appartement. Rijeka is definitely worth exploring. We wish we had more time there.

Nothing! It was great.

The apartment was excellent, but the hosts were even better. Unbeknownst to us, they had planned to meet us at the bus station. Sadly, we missed seeing them but we were touched by their kindness. The place was clean with many thoughtful touches—plenty of coffee pods, bread for toast (and sandwiches) and a complete kitchen with washing machine. We travel a lot and these were some of the most amazing hosts we have met.

There so many things I loved about this property! First and foremost, the owners met me at the train station, greeted me like I was an old friend, and walked with me across the street to the apartment. They showed me everything including recommendations for lunch, dinner, drinks, and ice cream. These recommendations turned out to be incredible! The accommodations were excellent. Everything was cleaned and cared for. The details were taken care of as though I lived there regularly. Everything was as you would expect and a bit more. The bed was comfortable, the coffee very good, and I was able to get some laundry done as well. The location was very convenient! It’s right across the street from the train/bus station. It is close to the central part of the city and I was able to walk everywhere. The owners met me the next morning at the caffe downstairs at check out and I was able to say goodbye to my new old friends. I felt like family. I will stay here again and I’ve already started telling my friends about this wonderful home away from home. I highly recommend this apartment if you are staying in the Rijeka area.
