This is the neatest and tidiest vacation apartment I've ever seen. Ms. Mila and her husband provided a wealth of amenities, including a variety of tea and coffee, as well as numerous cooking utensils and dishes. Everything, even the additional towels being hidden in the cabinet, was neatly folded and beautifully presented. The balcony is large, facing the harbor, and the view is stunning. The interior of apartment is also tastefully furnished and decorated. This was one of our favorite dwelling places on our trip. The location is very convenient, right at the end of Riva, within walking distance of Diocletian's Palace and the Marjan Hill viewpoint. There's also a small shop downstairs, making shopping easily. Ms. Mila and her husband came to greet us upon arrival and departure. Ms. Mila also recommended nearby restaurants, and we chose the one she recommended for the best value, which was indeed a good one and we dined at both nights. There's a secure parking lot within the ground yard of the building, but spaces aren't guaranteed. So, when we arrived, Ms. Mila's husband reserved a spot for us with his car so we could park easily.

I have been booking holiday cottages and apartments for as long as I can remember. This has to be one of the most stand out places I've ever booked. The location is right across from the entrance to split harbour. You can sit on the balcony and watch the world go by. Cruise liners pull up, superyachts, sailing yachts heading to the marina, motor boats taking tourists on tours, the Jadrolinja ferries coming and going... It's in the most fantastic location. The apartment is also about 10 minutes walk from the old town and Diocletians Palace. There are numerous shops and restaurants very close by and the apartment block sits over a Konsum supermarket so not far to go for provisions! Mila and her husband have kitted out the apartment really well including all sorts of things you might have forgotten to bring, shaving kit, shampoo, soap, loads of towels, we didn't want for anything. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and bowls for cooking and all the time that view is just outside the window. The two bedrooms are on the inner (close) side of the apartment so they are quiet and away from the hussle and bussle of the quay side. I'd recommend you keep the windows closed at night as the sea gulls start up very early in the morning! If you get hot leave the A/C on in the lounge and keep the doors open it will keep the apartment cool. Mila was very accommodating, we arrived early morning after a yachting holiday at Marina Agana and she allowed us to get early access to the flat so we could drop our baggage off. I can't praise this apartment and the owners enough.

We were in Croatia during a very hot period. The AC unit is in the living room and the bedrooms were a bit warm. Having fans in the bedrooms for the hot months would be helpful.

Mila is a delightful host and an excellent communicator. The location is superb. The apartment is very well appointed and extremely clean.

Location is fantastic - 7 min walk to Old Town, lovely restaurants close by, supermarket below. Really safe & quiet at night. View from large balcony was superb. Mila was perfect host & would 100% go back here in beautiful Split. Beaches are close by - we used Uber (really cheap rates).

The view was incredible, and the location was perfect for exploring the beautiful city of Split and the surrounding areas. Mila was extremely helpful, very quick to respond to any questions I had. Mila and her husband were very thoughtful, meeting us when we arrived and explaining everything we needed to know. The apartment was so clean and comfortable and there were lots of little personal touches which made us feel very at home. We were sad to leave and would definitely recommend staying here!

Loved our stay in Milas apartment. Mila was extremely friendly and informative which made us feel very welcomed to stay in her apartment. Plenty of ammenities and thoughtful gestures which also made our experience even better. The apartment is located in an awesome location with views of the main town center, cruise ships and much more. Easy walking distance to public transport, town center, tourist attractions and plenty of restaurants nearby. Apartment also located right above a supermarket which was also very handy. It was the perfect stay for us who were first time visitors to Croatia.

A gem of an apartment, very close to the old town, food store underneath which stocks everything you could need for self catering. Apartment spotless, comfortable and the host Mila was so helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend if you want to be close to it all and would definitely stay again. Split is a beautiful place well worth visiting with lots of trips worth doing.

Location to old town Split was 10 minutes walk. Best beach (Joe’s Beach club) was 35 minutes walk. Mila thought of everything you could need for a very comfortable stay. The balcony view was amazing! Absolutely loved sitting watching all the boats. Perfect apartment! 😍 Just to note it was up on the third floors with no lift if walking up stairs is difficult.

layout makes it a bit cramped but not a problem as we sat out on the balcony all the time.

location is perfect. the balcony looks out over Split harbour and we had superyachts to look at every day. just 15 minutes walk to the centre and beaches close by. property is well equipped and the host was very welcoming and helpful.
