The bed sheets were nylon and electric. No pudding/breakfast bowls No washing powder for the washing machine. No communication around attending, how to get in.. the bus routes locally. Poor host communication until the system asks for a review.

I do not recommend this apartment. I chose it because of the view from the balcony, and it is really great, but I would not stay there again. If you want a good view, choose another apartment in the same area.

It was really dirty, the apartment had a musty smell and there were a lot of dirty things, the kitchen was all stained, there was some strange decorative element in the corridor that looked like flowers, all covered in terrible dust that had been collecting for months. There were 3 long black hairs on the bed in different places. There was someone's body washcloth hanging in the bathroom, it was very strange how inattentive you had to be to clean to not notice it. The hairdryer is a separate issue, I had to leave the house with a wet head and terrible hairstyle for 2 days in Dubrovnik. If you are staying here, remember, you don't need to climb the stairs! Take the bus, it goes straight to these apartments. As for the location, there are no advantages except for the view, so I would advise you to choose another area. They were helpful — I asked if it was possible to check out at 11 a.m. instead of 10 a.m., and they agreed without any extra charge. The apartment is spacious, well-equipped, and especially offers a very, very beautiful view of the harbor. The bed is comfortable!

We arrived at night, so it took us 45 minutes to find the apartment. The floor number wasn’t even mentioned in the booking details or in the check-in information. There was no physical presence from the hosts, just a message asking for photos of our ID cards.

Property has an amazing view and all the facilities in the place are fantastic.

Get an uber/taxi up to the apartment because it’s a long journey up the stairs from the ferry port. The place is also a 30-40 minute walk from the old town and the beaches, however it’s very convenient if you have to get a ferry at some point because the port is straight down.

Location a little far but once you figure out the Uber and the bus timetable's it's fine. Also the host was a little slow to respond to messages.

Location, view from balcony to die for, enough facilities, well connected to the city, from Pile gate take bus number 3 and get down at the last stop Nuncijata, that’s the last stop of number 3 buss line and from there 30 sec walk to the apartment.

Umm you can’t turn on all electronic appliances at a time, if you have turned on geyser for hot water, then don’t turn on stove for cooking. Rather than that everything was fantastic.

The view from the balcony is great.

The door from the living room to the balcony cannot be opened, the exit is only through the kitchen. The microwave oven is broken. there is an iron, but there is no ironing board, there is a large closet, but no hanger, there is no place to hang clothes in the whole apartment, and there is no place to hang towels in the bathroom either. there is a dishwasher and a washing machine, but no detergents for them. If I stay for 3 nights, I won't buy packages with these products. There is no hot water in the kitchen at all, but there was only one night in the bathroom. The knives are so blunt that it is easier to split a lemon with your teeth than to try to cut it. I'm not being picky, but these little things make the stay stressful and unpleasant. I recommend the owners to try to live there for a few days. I absolutely do not recommend choosing this apartment.

Nice and spacious apartment with great balcony. The place has all you might need - only hairdryer is missing. Easy access to the old town, easy parking. Marisol, the owner, is a lovely lady.

please please please take a cab or uber up to the property from the bus station or anywhere else. dont make the same mistake of us carrying our luggages up 40 flights of stairs. if youre savvy enough already, bus is very convenient to the location.

delayed checkin instructions. apartment was on higher floors.. this was not mentioned in the property listing. no lift. there is only one ac. that too in the kitchen. no ac in living room and bedroom. the whole apartment was very hot. we had to make the children sleep in kitchen due to only one ac.

Beautiful home and location with a fantastic view! The room had everything we needed and check in was very simple. The place was clean and felt very safe.

Can't use multiple applications at a time or the breaker will shut down. The coffee maker was also mouldy. Communication with the host was a bit iffy, given it was through a third party it made it difficult to interact quickly with them.

Fabulous view and a big modern apartment.

A mission to walk up 241 steps to the property with a suitcase. Once I was told how to get there by bus it was easy.

We love the location. It is ten minutes far from old city with great view. Bus stop is like 100 steps far. Easy to get to old city.

We had to walk stairs up with lugguage. Because we thought the trail is just short flat route. We didnt know about this city with full of stares. It would very helpful to give us some tips to use bus or taxi even though it is short distance.

the view was the best thing about the department

i didnt like the many hairs in the sheets, the power going out and no one to respond until 12-15 hours later the left over milk in fridge, someones personal items on show in the bathroom

View from the terrace and size of the flat. It is great even for a group of 4. My girl and I we will come back for sure.

As It is a bit high in the hill , there are some stairs to walk up if you come back from the new port. But having in mind the view, it is worthy. However if you bring car , all this problem is solved.
