Very clean and fully equipped apartment, excellent service and kind hospitality, near the beach and port. I can offer to others!

The host was very friendly, the apartment was clean, spacious and perfect location to catch the early morning ferry to vis.

Very clean and spacious apartment, everything you need was there, just like at home. Parking in the yard. Convenient shortcut to the old town, about 15 min walk. About 20 min to the sandy beach, 5 min to supermarket. The host Ivan was very kind and friendly. He had put cold water, wine and beer in the fridge for us when we arrived. I highly recommend this accommodation!

It was really spacious, super clean, and complete with anything we needed. It was also quite close to the Center and the beach.

Some parts of the surrounding area weren’t so nice, but it wasn’t that bad.

Ample private parking in the spacious garden. Well equipped kitchen. Clean house. Friendly host. 20min walk to old town and promenade.

We loved this place. It is so great! One of the best that I ever Stayed. Ivan is a wonderful person. I recomend it 100%.

Very clean,well equipped apartment in a good location. Host gave us a lift to a bus station, free of charge. Close to shops and restaurants. Nearby bakeries.

Most clean apartment ever, completely equiped with literary everything needed for longer stay. Host are very kind and helpfull,great people. Been second time here,for sure will go same place again. Wish them long life,perfect hosts.

Spacious, comfortable and much more affordable than other options. Owner was really helpful too and was on hand if we needed anything (which we didn’t). About 20 minutes walk from beach and town so good location

Excellent facilities and good location for access to the city. Having a supermarket within a 5 minute walk was very convenient.

Ivan and his wife were very helpful. The house was superclean, it had clean sheets and towels. In the apartment there was a washing machine, hairdryer, big kitchen and balcony. It is near the center, 15 minutes walk. We had a pleasant stay!

Google maps got us in a wrong street. Make sure the street you write is correct!

The warm welcome from the hosts who offered us drinks, rest in the shade and interesting and informative chat. He recommended a nearby restaurant (Dir) that we went to twice (once on premise; the other as take-out; wide variety and excellent quality). Easy to get there. Located within 15 minutes of Old Town and beaches/water tours. Very easy walking there (downhill). Very spacious, well decorated and fully equipped. Just 5 minutes from large (hiper)market.

Nothing other than having to walk back (uphill) after great activities in and around Split. The walk is not that bad really. :-)
